Sales & Service Engineer (Power Conversion Products)

Responsibilities:

• As sales and service engineer you have to be able to facilities the sales process from identified prospect to implemented sales contract in order to meet sales target within the assigned customers/segments/territory. Sales and service engineer responsibilities are: Building up and maintaining business relationship with customer  and end user under sales/ marketing  areas responsibility,  Making sales visit plan to own customers, update the customer data base, Finding business opportunities and new prospects to expand market coverage area,  Achievement of the sales targets, revenue and margin have been set.

Requirements:

• University degree from Electrical Power   Engineering  or minimum Diploma (D3)
• Minimum of 5 year experience in Sales in related to Power Plant / Pulp & Paper as sales engineer or Electrical Engineer.
• Familiar with Power Electronics, Rectrifier and Generator.
• Having good approach, large data base of customer contacts mainly in Power Industry, Pulp & Paper, Oil & Gas.
• Excellent communication skills and proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Flexible, adaptable & able to travel / relocate as required.
• High level of initiative and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Good leadership skills and a team player, organized, and structured.

 

Payroll Officer

Responsibilities:

• As payroll officer you have to be able to provide comprehensive, effective and efficient payroll process. Proactive in dealing with HR Team issues, and external organizations. Payroll officer responsibilities are: make sure new employee process is maintained in SAP and check the payroll simulation, and make sure payroll process is running smoothly.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Economy, or any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 year experience in payroll process.
• Familiar with SAP database is preferable.
• Significant and demonstrable secretarial / administrative.
• Able to working under pressure with tight deadline.
• Experience and ability of processing skills and working knowledge of Microsoft office software
• Excellent communication skills and proficient in English (verbal and written).
• High level of initiative and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Good leadership skills and a team player, organized, and structured.

 

Accounting Staff

Responsibilities:

• Handle payment process (banking administration and all journal entries related to cash reimbursement, payment to vendors).
• Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation and ensure its compliance with Internal Control.
• Manage external reporting required by Central Bank (Bank Indonesia) in terms of Foreign Loan, FX reporting, Foreign Transaction reporting.
• Support the internal customer for the need related to Treasury things such as Bank Balance, Bank Statement, debit advice, credit advice.
• Manage month end closing and reporting process.  

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable University with minimum GPA of 2,75
• Have experience in Accounting with minimum 1 year as Account Payable or Accounting staff in reputable multinational company.
• Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
• Familiar with USGAAP accounting
• Proficient in Ms. Office including strong in Ms. Excel, Ms. Word and Ms. PowerPoint
• Highly organized person with strong technical accounting skills and analytical skills

Sales Engineer Utility

 

Responsibilities:

Tools Maker

Tools Maker responsible to design a new tools or parts, and make assembly line and machineries spare parts according to the correct specification utilizing internal or external workshop tools.

Responsibilities:

• To design and/or make new spare parts of machine or equipment as requested from ME engineers.
• Run a periodic proper maintenance of the workshop machine to ensure a smooth and reliable operation at any time.
• Coordinate the workshop team and resources to ensure the work sequences done according to the correct priority.
• To train workshop member as well as machine operators necessary skill and knowledge in order to properly operate and maintain the machines.
• To work closely with ME and Production engineers to understand the needs and provide necessary support and troubleshooting.
• To maintain proper inventory of materials for common and continuous demand of parts and minimize the lead time of parts making.
• To work according to company policy and SOP and maintain good 5S, Safety factors, etc

Requirements:

• Bachelor in engineering, preferably from Mechanical engineering.
• Have minimum 3 years of relevant experience as tooling maker in manufacturing company.
• Able to do AutoCAD design of jig, fixtures and machine parts
• Able to operate common workshop tools
• Experience in making fixtures and parts for machineries.
• Hard working and able to work in shift and weekend overtime
• Good in English.
• Ability to work in a multinational environment and within a matrix organization

 

Supply Chain Specialist

Supply Chain Specialist responsible to review and evaluate vendor capabilities and competitiveness in meeting ABB standard of Quality, Cost and Delivery and provide solution to increase variable cost competitiveness

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review supply chain activities run according to the standard operating procedures and standard SCM policy.
• Monitor and review performance of vendor from the point of view Quality, Cost and Deliveries.
• Evaluate and analyze variable cost competitiveness according to the target set and find an alternative solution to reduce the cost.
• Make a short term and long term plan and strategy of variable cost reduction.
• Make regular vendor audit and give support to improve the operating procedures and increase the QCD level.
• To monitor progress of SCM activities and its performance result and provide regular report to SCM global as well as exchanging valuable SCM information.
• To engage and maintain good relationship with SCM regional and global, as well as parts/material vendor
• To maintain aspect impact of ISO 9000 and 14000 and the operational excellence activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor in engineering, preferably from Material or Electrical engineering.
• Have minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or production in manufacturing company.
• Good in English.
• Ability to work in a multinational environment and within a matrix organization.

 

Production Engineer

Production Engineer responsible to monitor and control process in production according to the company policy, procedures and SOP and to ensure they meet the target output with the right quality standard

Responsibilities:

• Control day to day production activities run according to the standard operating procedures and standard quality policy.
• Monitor and control process, machineries and equipment are set and operated at their best setting and condition to ensure a stable and good quality result
• Evaluate and improve work methods and process flow to increase the quality and productivity result by utilizing statistical approach (SPC, MTM, Ergonomic, etc)
• Continuous evaluation and initiate improvement of work methods to increase the productivity and quality level.
• To work as a solid team with quality and engineering member for an integrated improvement and realization of 4M changes in the production site.
• To monitor and control impact of 4M changes (Man, Material, Machine, Method) and keeping track of the changes thru a proper documentation.
• To maintain good 5S and Safety factors during day to day operation

Requirements:

• Bachelor in engineering, preferably from Electrical engineering. Fresh graduate are welcome.
• Have minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quality or Production.
• Good in English.
• Young, energetics, agressive and high passion characters

 

Mechanical and Electrical Engineer

Mechanical and Electrical Engineer responsible to ensure all machine works at their optimal condition with a minimum stop time and run a proper maintenance and troubleshooting
Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate machine performance regularly and run a proper troubleshooting plan to ensure all machine works at their optimum condition.
• Run a periodic maintenance according to the SOP and maintenance plan to minimize stop time and breakdown.
• Evaluate and initiate machine improvement to provide better quality and productivity.
• To learn and understand the logic of the machine operation and run day to day troubleshooting action includes necessary PLC programing change/modification.
• To maintain good relationship and exchange necessary information with Desto Tool shop to ensure the smooth operation of the Production Automatic machine.
• To engage and maintain solid teamwork with Production team to ensure a smooth operation of production and achievement of the targeted productivity and quality.
• To work according to company policy and SOP and maintain good 5S, Safety factors, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in engineering, preferably from Electrical or electromechanical engineering.
• Have minimum 3 years of relevant experience as mechanical/electrical engineer in manufacturing company.
• Have few years’ experience in handling production machineries using PLC system.
• Good in English.
• Ability to work in a multinational environment and within a matrix organization.
• Motivated to learn and challenge new things.
• Good logic thinking
