PT. Cikarang Listrindo is one of an independent Power Generation companies which are given the trust to manage some of the industry in terms of providing electricity supply. PT Cikarang Listrindo founded in 1991 located in Cikarang, it's designed as a power plantation using Gas and Steam with 'Combined Cycle* operating system and connected to the PLN-PJB interconnection system. With capacity 755 MW, PT. Cikarang Listrindo are supplying industrial zones in Cikarang area, there are Jababeka I, Jababeka II, EJIP Cikarang, Lippo Cikarang, Hyundai, and MM 2100 Cibitung, with more than 1800 customers. Now, we are seeking for talented candidates who are looking for more challenges and better future to join as part our growth for the following position:

Management Development Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Environmental/Health /Safety) or equivalent.
• Required language: English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
• Maximum 25 years old (on September 2014)
• Join 1 year program of development
• Willingness to be placed at Cikarang and other site in Bekasi
• Full-Time position(s) available.
