Established in year 2004, MPI owns and also operates 300 MW IPP in Batam and South Sumatra and 1500 MW Operation and Maintenance of Tanjung Jati B Power Plant in Jepara. Compensation And Benefit Executive

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, Analyze the C & B Budget
• Develop, maintain, propose improvement on company benefits program such as medical, Jamsostek,Company program, etc
• Fully Responsible ¡n creating, malt aining HR Reports and ensuring accuracy of the reports
• Operate HR operations related to personnel admin, C & B and Industrial Relation

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree. from any discipline, preferably from accounting.
• Experience in handling income tax (Pph 21) and provide tax report from ESPT
• Excellent numeric skills and attention to detail
• Proven track record in handling HR personne! admin matters (such as overtime, jamsostek and
• medical Insurance) .
• Able to work with microsoft ex ce! , SAP
• Deep Knowledge ¡n Industrial relation and Labor Law and experience in design HR Policies
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and service excellence
• Prior C & B experience in holding company type of organization is an advantage

 

Operation Leader

Requirement:

• Male
• Minimum age 30 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Energy Con vernon
• Minimum of 12 of proven experience project in Power Plant, especially in Hydro Power Generation.
• Willing to be placed in remote area (Cibalapulang, Cianjur)

 

Operator

Requirement:

• Male
• Maximum age 30 years old
• Minimum Senior High School Graduate (SMK/STM) majoring electro, machine or outomotif
• Having 2 years of proven expenence project in Power Plant, especially in Hydro Power Generation.
• Willing to be placed in remote area (Cibalapulang, Cianjur)
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

 

Business Development

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or related technical discipline. Advanced degree in
• Business or Marketing iš a plus.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven experience project in the power generation sector,
• Proven track record in proactive prospection and sc,een/e valuate BD app ortunitiés. Established
• network in Power Generation sector is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• International business experience ¡s a plus
• Professional and courteous interlace with clients and partners

 

Plant Manager

Requirement:

• MaIe
• Minimal 35 years old
• Bacheor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Energy Convertion
• Minimum of 5 of proven experience project in Power Plant, especially ¡n Hydra Power Generation.
• Willing to be placed in remote oreo (Cibalapulang, Cianjur)

 

Civil Engineer

Requirement:

• Male
• Maximum age 30 years old
• Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/Civil Hydro
• 2 years of working experience in similar position and in the field of irrigation (water
• construction) especially in PLTM/PLTA ¡s an advantage
• Have an experience in EPC and water construction design is an advantage
• Required skills: Civil Design, Land Desktop, SAP, Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power
• Point, Access, Ms. Project)
• Willing to be placed in remote area
• Fresh Graduate is allowed to apply

 

Civil Maintenance

Requirements:

• Pendidikan minimal D3 Teknik Sipil
• Pengalaman 4 tahun di bidang konstruksi / maintenance
• Pengalaman kerja sebagai civil maintenance Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Air / Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mini Hydro lebih diutamakan
• Mengerti  konsep power plant secara menyeluruh.
• Bersedia di tempatkan di remote area (Cianjur)

Responsibilities:

• Memastikan keberlangsungan operasional plant sesuai PPA (power purchase agreement). 
• Menjalankan KPI dan menyelesaikan individual target.  
• Bekerjasama dengan operation division untuk menyelesaikan masalah.  
• Memastikan bahwa ketidaknormalan / problem terkait civil terdeteksi sedini mungkin dan diharapkan penyelesaikan masalah dilakukan sedini mungkin pula.  
• Memastikan tidak ada kecelakaan kerja / seminim mungkin terjadi.  
• Mengerti  konsep power plant secara menyeluruh.   
• Membuat laporan ke supervisor.
