PROCESS ENGINEER & PROCESS SAFETY ENGINEER

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Strong working knowledge of Process Simulators (HYSYS, FLARENET, PIPESIM, HTFS/HTRI, etc.)
• Know and understand the Philosophy, Cause and Effect Study.
• Able to do process design and calculation
• Able to make PFD and P&ID
• Familiar with the Implementation of the Contractor Safety Management
• Have a strong knowledge in Process Safety risk Management both qualitatively and
• Quantitatively
• Creative and innovative
• Ability to communicate effectively process concepts to both in-house clients and DWE clients.

EXPERIENCES/EDUCATION

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering,

MECHANICAL & PIPING/PIPELINE ENGINEER

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Understand and Master Design Rotating Equipment, Static Equipment, Piping & Pipeline and Package Unit.
• Should have knowledge in computer literate, i.e. able to work on MS Office or equivalent,
• Familiar with Mechanical/Piping design software such as Code Tank (PV Elite and Caesar II, AutoPipe, & OFFPIPE are preferable).
• Should be familiar with International Codes such as ASME/ANSI/ASTM/API etc.
• Able to design static & rotating equipment (vessels, tank, columns, pumps, etc)
• Able to review vendor document, data and drawing.
• Able to prepare specification and data sheets.
• involved in conducting HAZOP & HAZID study.
• Able to make detail mechanical drawing (equipment GA drawing & detail, Equipment plot plan, Isometric, etc)
• Creative and innovative.

CIVIL & STRUCTURE ENGINEER

• Able to civil structure strength design calculation
• Able to make Equipment Specification and Datasheet

• Understand the planning process Oil and Gas production facilities ranging from base Design, Detailed Engineering to Construction, Inspection and Installation continued Commissioning, Certification and routine operation.
• Able to detail Instrument Drawing (Hook up drawing, Instrument layout, Cable tray layout, PLC General arrangement, Connection diagram, Communication diagram etc.)
• Able to make P&ID, Logic Diagram, Process Philosophy, Cause and Effect Study etc.
• Familiar with the software operated INTOOLS, INSTRUCALC,

Civil Construction Engineer

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Understand and master the international code & standard and government
• Regulations relating to the Oil & Gas project,
• Understand and master design foundation, retaining wall, and geotechnical engineering.
• Understand and master the field of supervision and technical inspection.
• Understand and master all phases of construction planning activities, field execution

• Evaluate and verify the construction work being done by contractors and subcontractors
