Manager Commercial & Planning
(Jakarta Base)
Responsibilities:
- Directs Commercial and Planning function to ensure all projects are in compliance with PSC fiscal terms and corporate guidelines. Coordinates and provides support related to all kinds of project from economic aspects to all Departments, whenever required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering with minimum 12 years experience in related field
- Has knowledge in Commercial Understanding and justification on Gas Industry, Engineering (Oil and Gas) economic analysis, Production Sharing Contract Schemes, US Securities and Exchange Commission definitions and guidelines on gas reserves, MERAK and QUESTOR software to support daily tasks
- Broad knowledge in oil and gas operations, Indonesia PSC/JOB/JOA, and financial aspects of PSC.
- Self-motivated, good interpersonal skill, dynamic team player, integrity, initiative, ability to work under pressure; smart/hard worker; sense of responsibility and HSE concern
Manager HSE
(Jakarta Base)
Responsibilities:
- Cooperates with management to formulate and develop companys HSE management system, policies, goals and objectives
- Monitors HSE management system implementation within HCML by developing methods integrated into HCMLs goals, operations and organizations
- Directs and coordinates HSE department in administering companys HSE management, policies, procedures, codes and standards integrated into HCML's operational, organization, annual WP&B and action plan
- Provides updated company HSE information, advice and analysis for management, government and headquarters when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering with minimum 12 years' experience in related field
- Experience in offshore operations would be an advantage
- Well-rounded knowledge in OSH and Engineering operation including drilling, production, construction, marine & logistic
- Good understanding of overall management, corporate finance and accounting
- Able to lead a team
- Self-motivated, good interpersonal skill, dynamic team player, integrity, initiative.
Coordinator Marine Operational Setup & Planning
Responsibilities:
- Implement execution plan including supervising detailed design, fabrication/construction and installation of facilities.
- Planning and scheduling of the Marine facilities work scope.
- Proactively monitors, updates and manages the Marine schedule and costs.
- Determine required staffing levels for the Marine Section.
- Work with other sections to ensure consistency of design, procurement or critical items, planning, documentation, etc.
- Assist Project Manager in integrating Marine facilities planning into total project planning.
- Ensure design for Marine facilities meets Government Regulations, Company standards and specifications, and appropriate industry standards.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Marine), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Bachelor degree majoring in Engineering with 10 years experienced in technical and FPSO/marine system in project in oil & gas industry.
- Team player with excellence communication, interpersonal, leadership skills & integrity.
- Knowledge and experience in handling project management with experience in marine system/FPSO
Officer Site Relations & Community Development
(Surabaya Base)
Responsibilities:
- Maintains communication with the communities around operations areas.
- Maintains a good and harmonious relationship with communities by supporting their welfare through active community development programs
- Performs proactive act in learning communities' needs to develop and formulate donations or sponsorships to communities and organizations
- Organizes the participation in social charities/activities
- Requirements:
- Min. bachelor degree from communication, public relation or any major with related background
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Relations, particularly in Government Regulations and media handling knowledge. Experience in Oil & Gas industry would be an advantage.
- Having skill of English language both writing and speaking
Administrator Relations
(Surabaya Base)
Responsibilities:
- Process all administration related to legal & relations, document letters, invoices, sponsorships, etc , charge the costs into appropriate contracts, cost centers, or AFE numbers within acceptable period of time.
- Ensure all documents and files related to legal & relations are well documented
- Requirements:
- Min. Diploma III degree from any major, preferably from communication or administration
- Minimum 1 years of experience as Administrator and filing
- Having skill of English language both writing and speaking
Administrator Health
(Jakarta Base)
Responsibilities:
- Reviews, verifies, analyzes, and examines medical benefit administrative have well-maintained medical benefit data and health benefited analyzed report.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or Diploma degree with 3 years experiences majoring Nurse Academy Minimum 3 years professional registered nurse working experience in Emergency department or Intensive Care Units of a recognized hospital and in medical administration
- Advance knowledge in First Aid and Occupational health
- Computer and English literacy
- Good interpersonal skill
