PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa. Tbk ("DSS") established in year 1996 and it is a publicly-listed company in Indonesia since year 2009. DSS is engaged power and steam generation. coal mining, multimedia, and chemical trading. Currently DSS has more than 30 subsidiaries.

Commercial Engineer Manager

Responsibilities: 

• Formulate strategic plans, perform financial analysis of prospective target portfolios for acquisition, divestment, joint venture & merger and eventually see through the execution of the plans.
• Identify investment opportunity and/or existing asset acquisition in strategic plan
• Conduct detailed feasibility study and financial model for project analysis and acquisition, perform scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Support due diligence matters, consultants coordination, commercial negotiation and investing proposal development
• Monitor and supervise commercial contracts

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or MBA from any reputable university.
• Background from investment company preferred
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Experienced in Business Development min. 10 years preferably with exposures to IPP Projects
• Energetic and Good Interpersonal Skill.
• Familiar with MS Project would be an advantage.
• Willing to travel.

Mechanical Engineer

Requirements:

• Male
• S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering and construction projects in the power plant sector particularly coal-fired power plants
• Professional Engineer certification would be an advantage 
• Willing to be assigned to Project Site located in Bayung Lencir - Sumatera Selatan
• Familiar with power plant machinery and equipment such as boiler, turbine, and auxiliaries
• Familiar with P&ID, PFD, and mechanical drawings 
• Familiar with GB Standard and knowledge of mechanical software application will be an advantage 
• Proficient in English & Bahasa Indonesia; Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage 

Project Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Formulate strategic plans, perform financial analysis of prospective target portfolios for acquisition, divestment, joint venture & merger and eventually see through the execution of the plans.
• Gather coal business data and any related sources and analyze those data into information database and also presentation.
• Identify investment opportunity and/or existing asset acquisition in strategic plan.
• Conduct detailed feasibility study and financial model for project analysis and acquisition, perform scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Recommend or suggest for decision making based on analysis result and economic implication.
• Support due diligence matters, consultants coordination, commercial negotiation and investing proposal development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or MBA from any reputable university.
• Background from investment company preferred.
• Experienced in corporate structuring and negotiation.
• Experience in related field (power plant industry) min. 7 years.
• Energetic and Good Interpersonal Skill.
• Familiar with MS Project would be an advantage.
• Willing to travel.

Electrical Engineer

Requirements:

• Male
• At least S1 degree in Power Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering and construction projects in the power plant sector Particularly coal-fired power plants
• Professional Engineer certification would be an advantage 
• Willing to be assigned to Project Site located in Bayung Lencir - Sumatera Selatan
• Familiar with power plant electrical equipment such as motors, transformer, and auxiliaries 
• Some experience in related QA/QC activities is preferred
• Proficient in English & Bahasa Indonesia; working knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
