We also Sales Representative for the products; Needle punched geotextiles- ARITEX brand, made in Vietnam Rubberized PU sports flooring system - FIFA recommended on high performance sports for indoor stadium EPDM Granules for Athletic track work system that is made to meet the IAAF certified, manufactured in Germany, France, USA The industries to which we provide our services are:

• Civil Infrastructure projects

Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• To demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
• To be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives
• To build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity

Expertise:

• To direct marketing staff where budgets are devolved
• To manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
• Developing and maximizing third party relationships to deliver on brand objectives and strategies
• To evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed
• To oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities

Requirements:

• Female
• Education minimum S1 civil engineer
• Lived in jakarta and shall have ktp dki jakarta
• Must have a high quality of integrity and loyalty to the company
• Have over than 10 years of sales experience in the marketing industry, ideally from a related industry sector environment.
• Experienced with a company in a related business sector
• Proven- extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives
• Proven- have ability in developing and implementing creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support the brand and drive sales and online traffic
• Have a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• If applicable, a willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
• Proven- have ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
