Adaro Power

Adaro Power is effectively 100% owned by PT. Adaro Energy Tbk., the largest public listed integrated coal mining and services company in Indonesia that ranks among the top five exporters of thermal coal globally.

The Group is the largest single-site coal producer in the southern hemisphere and has three operating mine areas (namely Paringin, Tutupan, and Wara). The group also has a 25% interest in a joint venture with BHP in 7 coking coal concessions in Central Kalimantan.

Adaro Power established in December 2010, represents all the power generations business interest of the Group.

In line with this mission, Adaro Power is assuming the Sponsor's role for all the power generation projects undertaken by the Group. Adaro Power's Projects such as PT. Makmur Sejahtera Wisesa (Tanjung-South Kalimantan), PT. Bhimasena Power Indonesia (Batang-Central Java), and PT. Tanjung Power Indonesia (Tanjung-South Kalimantan).

Contract and Procurement Staff

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Tanjung.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Ability to work in stressful situations (deadlines, demands of internal and / or Vendor).
• The ability to negotiate with the Supplier / Vendor.

Job Description:

• Develop systems and procedures for procurement of goods / services in the company .
• Receiving goods demand needs of the unit in the form of PR ( Procurement requisition ) .
• Studying the demand for and assign follow-up ( direct appointment tender ) .
• Prepare procurement mechanism following documents are needed .
• Conduct a survey Vendor / Supplier ( quotation, administrative documents ) .
• Ask a Vendor / Supplier credible to the work unit .
• Compare the Vendor / Supplier and compile the form CQS .
• Conducting negotiations with Vendor / Supplier Vendor selected and recommended to the work unit .
• Develop Purchasing Order to the Vendor terpilih.Apabila tender , then follow the stages of the tender process starts from the preparation of the tender teams , implementation administration selection , selection of technical / program , the selection obtainable price to the Vendor / Supplier elected .
• Submit items / programs ( services ) from the Vendor / Supplier to the relevant unit .
• Perform documentation of any reports / documents in the procurement stage .
• Delivering services procurement activity report to the Support Service Head .
• Develop systems and procedures of Custom Clearance , including promoting policies / procedures of the company to the government .
• Management of customs services ( Custom Clearance ) .

Lab Technician

Job Description:

• Maintain good chemical treatment regime (cycle chemistry) as stipulated by Station Chemist to achieve high availability and efficiency of the units and enhance the operating life of related plants
• Perform day-to-day running of the Chemical Laboratory activities
• Perform analysis of various samples such as water, coal, distillate fuel oil, lubricating oil and transformer oil
• Perform environmental quality monitoring  of:
• Air pollution (emission) – NOx, SOx, CO, CO2 & O2.
• Air pollution (ambient) – SO2, NO2, PM10. 
• Water pollution - Effluent from Water Treatment Plant, Waste Water Treatment Plant, Condenser Cooling Water System, General Storm Drains and Oily Water Separators System.
• Ensure all analytical work activities are carried out efficiently as per standard requirement and well- coordinated with operation, maintenance and support services sections.
• Carry out specification test of bulk chemicals, coal and distillate fuel oil.
• Carry out non-routine test such as trace and wear metals in turbine lubrication oil, metal pick-up (iron and copper) in feed and condensate water

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Chemistry, Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Tanjung.
• Experience in cycle chemistry, water treatment and laboratory chemistry.
• Able to read English guide and computer literature.
• Willing to learn.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
