Our Business

Halliburton comprises 13 product service lines (PSLs). The PSLs operate in two divisions: Drilling and Evaluation, and Completion and Production. Procurement Contract Specialist (Jakarta, 3rd party contract)

Responsibilities :

• Under general supervision, processes Purchase Orders against requisitions assigned in SAP
• Reviews pricing for compliance with the contract
• Transmits change orders to contractors for execution
• Clears Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt issues on Purchase Orders
• Issues Quality, Health, Safety and Environment surveys to prospective contractors
• Maintains files and contract logs

Requirements :

• Skills are typically acquired through completion of an Undergraduate degree in Engineering (Bachelor/S1) in an applicable discipline and a minimum of 3 – 5 years of related experience
• Good English (verbal & written)
• Details oriented
• Able to demonstrate procurement process for technical items
• Experience in contract management is a plus

Procurement Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Under broad direction, leads a group of Procurement professionals and plans sourcing to support manufacturings, field operation's or project management's strategic plans.
• Complies with and executes Category Management strategy in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Directs the creation of request for quotations (RFQ) and competitive biddings from various suppliers to obtain best quality, delivery and price for goods and services.
• Responsible for approving the selection and qualification of suppliers, negotiating with suppliers, and implementing agreements for local procurement of goods and services not covered under Category Management.
• Develops strategies to improve supplier performance for spend not under regional or global Category Management.

Requirements

• Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in a related discipline and a minimum of 10 years of experience or equivalent industry experience in lieu of experience.
• Advanced procurement certification is preferred.
• Good command of oral and written English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and organizational experience.
