In October 2012 Puma Energy announced an agreement to purchase 63.88% of PT. Medco Sarana Kalibaru (MSK), the fuel storage and distribution subsidiary of PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk. The principal assets in the agreement included a fuel storage facility with a 22,700m³ storage capacity, a dedicated jetty, truck loading bays, and distribution capabilities in Kalimantan and Sumatra to serve the mining industry. Our Indonesian operations now include terminals in Kalibaru in Jakarta and Palemberg in South Sumatra, and we have a storage capacity of 25,700m³.

 

Customer Service Supervisor

Job Description

Supervises the customer service line staff regarding front-end (ie. order taking, query handling, delivery scheduling) and back-end (ie. Credit Notes, Debit Notes, Mass Balance revisions) activities. Resolves issues, works with customers and staff to overcome conflicts and to provide quality customer service. Achieves the general objectives of the department, which are to provide a high quality service to our external and internal customers.

Competencies:

  1. Have the capability to setup and improve Order To Cash Processes
  2. Experience in ERP system such Navision, SAP, TMS etc
  3. Understand about Taxation related with Invoices
  4. Knowledge on Inland and Sea/River logistics
  5. Able to implement KPI's for Customer Service and Delivery
  6. Good in Excel Spreadsheet, Data summary, report, and analysis
  7. Work experience in Trading/Manufacturing company or Logistics service company
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication
  9. Ability to establish adequate personal relationships
  10. Analytical capacity and ability to work under pressure
  11. Ability to solve problems in adequate way
  12. Customer Service Oriented
  13. Quick learner
  14. Excellent planning and organization skills
  15. Proactive and detail-oriented

  17. Strong leadership and influence skills

 Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Experience in Customer Relation Management Systems (CRM System) preferred

 

Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Responsible for handling the front-end customer interface, managing customer calls or e-mails professionally and efficiently. Responsible for creating Offers and Orders within Navision and for adequately handling customer inquiries. Handles all back-end support activities related to invoicing, credit notes and debit notes, ensuring proper approval has been received prior to executing such transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing customer product orders
  2. Managing customer requests
  3. Internal customers
  4. Back-end support

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication

  3. Able to prioritize work tasks

 Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.

  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Background in call center activities is advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
