Legal Officer

Responsibilities

• Assisting Manager and other departments in drafting and/or reviewing agreements to be entered into by and between Company and other parties
• Giving legal assistance to Manager and other departments related to legal issues

Requirements :

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the similar position and preferably in oil and gas industry
• Good knowledge in Drilling aspects and Legal aspects
• Good communication skills
• Good planning and organizing skill and team player

Internal Auditor

Responsibilities

• Implement audit assignments and conducting audit reports and issue summary

Requirements :

• University graduate
• Minimum 2 years experience in the similar position and in Oil & Gas Industry
• Knowledge of professional audit standards
• Skill to interpret and apply rules, regulation, law, and corporate policies and procedures.
• Good planning & organizing, communicative, high initiatives and problem solving skill.
• English and computer literate
