ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR (ACC-SPV)

(PT. RIMAU ENERGY MINING)

Responsibilities :

• Assist Accounting Manager in day to day Accounting Manager
• Responsibility in timely reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial reports
• Checks and controls of the data supporting financial transactions (A/R & A/P, budget & expenditure, etc)
• Doing compilation/analysis of the budget
• To verify tax invoice
• Supervise Staff

Requirement :

• Male/Female, 28-35 years old
• Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking, minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 5 years experience in the related fields is required for this position
• Experience in audit firm and or coal mining (preferable)
• Understanding PSAK and accounting systems
• Having experience with Invoice, Taxation, Journal Vouchers, Accounts Payable, and Costing
• Strong knowledge in Taxation Regulation & Process
• Good command in English, both oral and written
• Excellent interpersonal and good management skills (good leadership, teamwork, honest and integrity)
• Having good knowledge & experience in TBK company (value-added)
• Will be placed at Head Office-Jakarta

ACCOUNTING MANAGER (ACC-MGR)

(PT. RIMAU ENERGY MINING)

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the management of all aspects of the accounting and financial functions including timely
• Responsible for provide monthly Financial Report (GL, Income Statement and Balance Sheet)
• Accurate reporting of monthly financial results, budgeting.
• Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart or accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures.
• Cash flow planning and management, taxation.

Requirements:

• Male/Female, 28-35 years old
• Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking, minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 5 years experience in the related fields is required for this position
• Have strong knowledge of principles and practices budgeting, accounting, taxation matter/regulation & auditing
• Good organizational skill & time management
• Detail, work-oriented, good analytic skill & communication skill
• Having good knowledge & experience in TBK company (value-added)
• fluent in oral and written English
• Will be placed at Head Office-Jakarta
