PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa. Tbk ("DSS") established in year 1996 and it is a publicly-listed company in Indonesia since year 2009. DSS is engaged power and steam generation. coal mining, multimedia, and chemical trading. Currently DSS has more than 30 subsidiaries.

Commercial Manager

Responsibilities: 

• Formulate strategic plans, perform financial analysis of prospective target portfolios for acquisition, divestment, joint venture & merger and eventually see through the execution of the plans.
• Identify investment opportunity and/or existing asset acquisition in strategic plan
• Conduct detailed feasibility study and financial model for project analysis and acquisition, perform scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Support due diligence matters, consultants coordination, commercial negotiation and investing proposal development
• Monitor and supervise commercial contracts

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or MBA from any reputable university.
• Background from investment company preferred
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Experienced in Business Development min. 10 years preferably with exposures to IPP Projects
• Energetic and Good Interpersonal Skill.
• Familiar with MS Project would be an advantage.
• Willing to travel.
