Pipe Mill Inspector

Qualification

• Undergraduate (S1) degree in Engineering and/or having certification as pipe/pipeline/mill inspector from reputable certification body.
• About 5 year experience in oil and/or gas and/or project including 2 year experience in pipe manufacturing as Pipe Mill Inspector.
• Familiar with Inspection activities for metal coil and/or slab for pipeline manufacturing.
• Familiar with metal coil and/or linepipe manufacturing inspection.
• Superior written & verbal communication and liaison skills in English.
• Familiar with DNV, API, IEC, ISO, ASME standars related to pipeline inspection an engineering.
• Shall be familiar with oil & gas projects in Indonesia.

HRC Mill Inspector

Qualification

• Undergraduate (S1) degree in Engineering and/or having certification as pipe/pipeline/mill inspector from reputable certification body.
• About 5 year experience in oil and/or gas and/or project including 2 year experience in HRC and/or metal plate manufacturing as HRC Mill Inspector.
• Familiar with Inspection activities for metal coil and/or slab for pipeline manufacturing.
• Familiar with metal coil and/or linepipe manufacturing inspection.
• Superior written & verbal communication and liaison skills in English.
• Familiar with DNV, API, IEC, ISO, ASME standars related to pipeline inspection an engineering.
• Shall be familiar with oil & gas projects in Indonesia.

 

Coating Inspector

Qualification

• Undergraduate (S1) degree in Engineering and/or having certification as coating inspector from reputable certification body.
• About 5 year experience in oil and/or gas and/or project including 1 year experience in Coating Pipe as Inspector.
• Superior written & verbal communication and liaison skills in English.
• Familiar with DNV, API, IEC, ISO, ASME standars related to pipeline inpection an engineering.
• Shall be familiar with oil & gas projects in Indonesia.

 

Pipeline Engineer

Qualification

• Undergraduate (S1) degree in Mechanical, Offshore, Ocean and/or Civil Engineering.
• About 5 year experience in oil and/or gas and/or project including 1 year experience in oil/gas facilities and/or pipeline system as pipeline engineer.
• Specialization area shall be onshore pipeline for onshore area and a offshore/subsea engineer for offshore area
• Familiar with foundation requirements and/or analys, material take off, facilities development including setting up layout and related pipeline engineer requirement.
• Superior written & verbal communication and liaison skills in English.
• Familiar with API, DNV, ASME standars related to pipeline engineer design and engineering.
• Shall have a capability in pipeline engineering design for natural gas pipeline.

Piping Engineer

Qualification

• Undergraduate (S1) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• About 5 year experience in oil and/or gas and/or project including 1 year experience in oil/gas facilities and/or pipeline system as piping engineer.
• Specialization area shall be at ORF and/or above level platform.
• Familiar with foundation requirements and/or analysis, material take off, facilities development including setting up layout and related piping engineer requirements.
• Superior written & verbal communication and liaison skills in English.
• Familiar with API, DNV, ASME standards related to piping engineer design and engineering.
• Shall have a capability in piping engineering design for natural gas pipeline.

 

Electrical Engineer

Qualification

• Undergraduate (S1) degree in Electrical Engineering.
• About 5 year experience in oil and/or gas and/or project including 1 year experience in oil/gas facilities and/or pipeline system as electrical engineer.
• Specialization area shall be at ORF and/or above level platform.
• Familiar with foundation requirements and/or analysis, material take off, facilities development including setting up layout and related electrical engineer requirements.
• Superior written & verbal communication and liaison skills in English.
• Familiar with related to electrical engineer design and engineering.
• Shall have a capability in piping electrical engineering design for natural gas pipeline.

 

Instrumentation Engineer

Qualification

• Undergraduate (S1) degree in Instrumentation and/or Physical Technic Engineering.
• About 5 year experience in oil and/or gas and/or project including 1 year experience in oil/gas facilities and/or pipeline system as instrument engineer.
• Specialization area shall be at ORF and/or above level platform.
• Familiar with foundation requirements and/or analysis, material take off, facilities development including setting up layout and related instrument engineer requirements.
• Superior written & verbal communication and liaison skills in English.
• Familiar with related standards related to instrument engineer design and engineering for instrumentation.
• Shall have a capability in instrumentation engineering design for natural gas pipeline such as SCADA design; GMS background and communication.

 

Rotating Equipment Specialist

Qualification

• Hold Bachelor in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering discipline from a reputable University with 15-20 years as Mechanical / E&I Engineering in Oil & Gas Company.
• Shall have professional experiences in Oil & Gas sector for rotating equipment maintenance, overhaul, installation & commissioning an/or design. Candidates shall have advance ability for doing Rotating Equipment Inspection and giving accounted recommendation for further improvement. Supporting certificates have to be submitted including recommendation from appropriate manufacture / association.
• Must have minimum 15 years offshore experiences.
• Fluent and effective oral and written communication skill in English, familiar with professional standard report of activities stated in #2.

 

Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Engineers

Qualification

• Hold Bachelor in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering discipline from a reputable University with 8-10 years as Mechanical / E&I Engineer in Oil & Gas Company.
• Shall have experience in Oil & Gas Maintenance Management System especially for rotating equipment (preferably SAP System); Rotating Equipment Overhaul (Compressor, Generator etc.) and / or any M/E/I Oil & Gas Project Execution and Commissioning. Candidate must be able to present professional reporting of every job that becomes his responsibility.
• Must have minimum 8 years offshore experience (s).
• Proven excellent health.
• Fluent and effective oral and written communication skill in English

 

Chemical Engineer

Qualification

• Hold Bachelor in Chemical Engineering discipline from a reputable University with 8-10 years as chemical engineer. Preferably with experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Shall have experience of Chemical Optimizing and Management Project in Oil & Gas sector, familiar with tools or software for defining chemical efficiency / KPI both of tender purpose and field application purpose. Candidate must be able to present professional reporting of every job that becomes his responsibility.
• Must have minimum 8 years offshore experience.
• Proven excellent health.
• Fluent and effective oral and written communication skill in English
• Must have experience in developing SOP for Chemical Management System & Chemical Optimation Project Oil & Gas sector
