To support its progressive growth and build the organizational capability, Eni Muara Bakau BV is looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following positions:
Commercial Upstream Coordinator – COM 04
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with Development Project, Legal, and Finance, to develop, negotiate and execute Principal of agreement (POA), such as Facilities Sharing agreement (FSA), and other related agreements.
- Coordinating the negotiation process with counter parties such as Government authorities or other oil and gas companies
- Responsible for providing accurate reports and position assessments to allow commercial decision during the negotiation with counter parties
- Acting as a good ambassador to represent the company in front of co-ventures, Government officials, and other related parties
Requirements :
- The candidate must have a degree in Engineering, Economics or Geotechnical from reputable University with a minimum 8 years of experience in commercial and legal matters in oil & gas industry.
- Preferably have experiences in farm in/farm out process
- Preferably have experiences in developing Gas Sales Agreement (GSA) and/or Facilities Sharing Agreement (FSA)
Business Development Analyst – COM 05
Responsibilities:
- Providing support in the evaluation of new business opportunities (farm in/farm out) for oil and gas exploration & exploitation
- Providing accurate reports and position assessments to allowing commercial decision within eni E&P
- Providing commercial support and intelligence to understand competitors/counter parties during the negotiation process.
Requirements :
- The candidate must have a degree in Engineering, Economics or Geotechnical from reputable University with a minimum of 5 years experience in exploration and production in a commercial and/or business development role within the oil industry
- Preferably have previous demonstrable experience of involvement in the analysis of gas and LNG marketing and commercial arrangements.
Senior HR Specialist (Expat Specialist) – HRD06
Responsibilities:
- Manage Expatriate HR matters such as establishment of expatriates legal documentation; Manage proper arrival and reception of expatriates assigned in sites and head office; Communicate expatriate regulations to ensure HR matters for expatriate are fulfilled in timely basis and in compliance with related laws and regulations.
- Manage and monitor database of existing expatriate stay permit, visa and other formalities.
- Supervise activities on missionary (visitors) formalities, including confirmation on budget.
- Provide timely report such as RPTK-A (Rencana Pemenuhan Tenaga Kerja Asing), Expatriate Structure Cost, Periodic Expenditures, etc. to relevant stakeholders and regulatory body.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree with minimum 7 years experience in handling and/or familiarizing with Expatriates personnel administration matters in Oil & Gas Industry in multinational settings.
Sr HR Specialist (Manpower Contract) – HRD 07
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the procurement process, leads cross discipline team that consist of Line, HR Advisors and Procurement Team, and drive the tender process
- Manages the performance of the contractors against the standards set in the contracts to ensure high level of deliveries
- Builds a strong relationship with the contractors management to ensure contractor staff are appropriately handled and mitigated
- Work with Procurement Department on the best approach of the contractual and sourcing strategy, liaising with Government agency (SKKMigas) related to tender process.
- Responsible for WP&B process and data information related to Manpower Contract
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in related field with 7 years experience in managing manpower contract services
- Having PTK007 certification is preferable
Training Administrator – HRD 08
Responsibilities:
- Participate in analyzing and reviewing training and development needs in the organization. Support the preparation and delivery of training programs as requested
- Performs the administration works of training programs for all employees and ensures all the administration works comply with Company Policy
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree with minimum 3 years of experience in Training & Development especially in Oil and Gas sector.
Economist – FIN 07
Responsibilities:
- Producing economics and related sensitivities for Company long term plans
- Supporting the investment authorization process and the related monitoring activity
- Analyzing projects economic indicators supporting management decisions
- Liaising with eni Head Office on the review of economic evaluations
Requirements :
- -University Degree from reputable university with a minimum 2 years in Finance/Economics experience in an international oil & gas environment
- -Good communication skill and highly motivated with effective multi-disciplinary team working skills
- -Good analytical skills as well as effective communication with other relevant internal and external parties. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must
Budget Analyst – FIN 08
Responsibilities :
- Handling MASTRO reporting to Head Office, assisting Budget and Control team
- Consolidating Companys Trial Balances
- Preparing Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss
- Gathering information from other departments to be used for MASTRO requirements
- Delivering timely and accurate MASTRO reports (includes actual, forecast, budget and statutory reports)
- Maintaining and reconciling intercompany balances with other Eni companies
- Reviewing and recording internal costs allocated from other PSCs and direct costs charged through local intercompany
- Preparing monthly closing and producing monthly reports (Trial Balances and Capital Expenditure reports)
Requirements :
- -Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, or other appropriate discipline
- -Having minimum 4 years experience in oil & gas industry and/or in professional practice (eg "Big 4" Accounting Firm) is preferred
- -Good working knowledge of IAS/IFRS, US GAAP and familiarity with UK GAAP.
- -Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
Tax & A/P Accountant – FIN 09
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring Compliance with all aspects of Indonesian Tax Law in a manner which is beneficial and protective to the company, while at the same time meeting statury requirements.
- Controlling all aspects of Accounts Payable function.
Requirements :
- At least Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, or other appropriate discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience in a tax advisory role and/or account payable, preferably within the oil & gas industry
Treasurer – FIN 10
Responsibilities:
- In charge of all payments and cash operations, and the management of all bank accounts
- Administer and be responsible for the Companys Petty Cash facility
- Daily Operation Activity (IDR and USD)
- Payment instruments (Citidirect/Online Banking, Banque eni SA, manual transfer application, deposit to Citibank and cheques facility, invoices, salaries) providing full accountability (eni Companies in Indonesia)
- Treasury accounting
- Assist on monthly closing and Generate Payments (eni Companies in Indonesia)
- Provide assistance to the Finance section during the monthly closing routine. This includes distributing various monthly reports to partners, Head Office, SKKMIGAS and other departments
- Assist in monitoring operating bank accounts including:
- Account balance and
- Bank rates
- Manage excess fund to be deposited to eni coordination center
- Prepare cash call to Head Office (eni ULX & eni BV)
- Maintain good relationship with banks
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, or other appropriate discipline with minimum 5 years experience in a Treasury environment, preferably with oil & gas industry experience
G/L Accountant – FIN 11
Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day bookeepng process and controlling accounting entries for non operating companies book
- Follow and control over the monthly accounting closing schedule circulated
- Generate the trial balance of non operating companies
- Perform, check, and review all journal entries prior post permanent, ensure the entry has been completed and properly reviewed and approved by Head of General Accounting
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance discipline with minimum 5 years of experience in oil and gas accounting
