Waste Management Engineer - Operations Support

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and supervise drilling cutting handling activities to ensure solid waste treated in accordance with the standard and applied regulation from government.
• Plan, organize and supervise regreening activities to ensure all ex drilling area revegetated to remove VICO operation's footprint.
• Plan, organize and supervise waste water/contaminated water injection to depleted well at Badak I to prevent water contamination.
• Plan and organize sludge handling activities from production to prevent environmental contamination.
• Plan and organize incinerator operation in Badak 58 for disposal domestic and hazardous waste.
• Plan and organize quarry activities and Operation Support CSMS
• To prepare the working budget and programs for site restoration projects.
• Prepare the scope of work for waste handling contract as part of contractual process.
• In coordination with SED provide environmental data and technical aspect related to waste management for submission to Ministry of Environmental.
• Prepare Bill of quantity for Work Order
• Review and verify contractor's invoice to ensure the accurate payment as service rendered
• Maintain record of documents for all waste management works.

Requirements:

• S1 Environmental Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Minimum 3 years experience waste handling / waste management project .
• Willing to work in field - East Kalimantan.
• Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
• Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.
• Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
• Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Manage drilling cutting storage and handling facilities annual work program and ensure compliance with all related regulation including time frame, budget, as well as it risk assessment.
• Manage sludge handling facilities annual work program and ensure compliance with all related regulation including time frame, budget, as well as it risk assessment.
• Manage hazardous waste storage facilities annual work program and ensure compliance with all related regulation including time frame, budget, as well as it risk assessment.
• Manage domestic waste and incinerator facilities annual work program and ensure compliance with all related regulation including time frame, budget, as well as it risk assessment.
• Supervise regular program of waste handling facilities performance and budget. Organize all related document and contractual aspect.
• Supply with technical expertise with continual improvement.
• Act as department representative with Government institution in managing waste handling related issue.
• Prepare contract document (scope of work) for implementation of waste handling related activities.
