PROJECT MANAGER – PIPELINE INSPECTION
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate customers pipeline integrity needs, provide technical review support to the quotation process, coordinates projects from initial stage to final completion to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and that TDW’s performance levels are met according to contractual terms.
- Provides technical support and assistance to the internal and external sales teams when directed to do so by the Operations Manager, that could involve but not be limited to: a ’bundled’ approach involving various TDW services and products, complex subcontractors and vendors integration in a bid package, activities that have been deemed by the management as strategic in Business Development objectives and any other duties as determined by the Operations Manager
- Develops preliminary scope of project work and execution plan, applies sound project definition, organization and management skills to Pipeline Integrity Projects
- Together with the external sales representative, ensures the customer and TDW’s project objectives are accomplished satisfactorily on time, within budget parameters, desired profit and schedule objectives, and in accordance with the contractual agreement
- Makes regular visits to the project job site and customer to ensure customer satisfaction and field work is running to plan, takes corrective action as necessary
- Maintains and presents regularly status reports to customer and TDW management team,
- Manages when necessary sub contractors, ensuring they meet established Quality standards and minimum qualifications
- Ensures project completion and acceptance by the customer
- Ensures customer invoices are correct and in line with the contract and presented in a timely manner
- Establishes and maintains knowledge of project product/service offerings, pricing, delivery and technology
- Ensures the competitive information is communicated to the Proposals Engineer.
- Reports to the Pipeline Inspection Operations Manager FEAP and in dotted line to Country Manager, Indonesia
- Works closely with the Pipeline Inspection Proposal Engineer and the external sales staff to ensure complete understanding of product capabilities and interfaces with our customers.
Job Requirements:
- Engineering degree or equivalent, with minimum 2 to 3 years in a field experience, ideally in the oil and gas industry
- Professional Project Management (PMP) Certification by PMI, or equivalent
- Pipeline Integrity / Inspections experience background is a plus.
- Previous commercial experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills with the ability to communicate sales, technical, and commercial information to all levels
- Willing to travel extensively
- Fluent in English; any other language is an asset.
ILI DATA ANALYST
Job Responsibilities
- Data Analysis
- Gets familiarized with Pipeline Inspection Technology Analysis Level I material, facilitated through online training modules, mentoring and on-site training
- With ongoing training and experience, develops the skills to Level II Analyst
- Performs an initial run check to ensure inspection data meets clients’ minimum specifications within contractual requirements
- Identifies all instances of metal loss for the inspected pipeline length, re-categorizing to MFG/Corrosion where non-ambiguity exists
- Determines all features, fittings and locations in order to provide a comprehensive pipeline book
- Collates all quality checked inspection data and documents in order to produce a comprehensive overview of the pipeline integrity in a client specified standard;
- Knowledge Sharing and Process Improvement
- Assists in beta software testing to facilitate the introduction of software advances
- Coordinates on an on-going basis with the software team in areas of fault finding and possible methods of process improvement
- Ensures the correct estimation of timescales for analysis tasks to enable accurate forecasting of analysis deadlines
- Attends quarterly meetings with Salt Lake City to ensure adherence to current TDW initiatives and processes;
- Assessment of Client Needs
- Using the “scope of work”, ensures that all client’s needs are achievable
- Presents full data to the customer, concentrating on points of interest and areas of consequence
- Performs calculations of proposed pipeline parameters to be used for metal loss sentencing in the absence of client defined values.
Job Requirements:
- Maintains good relationships with the other services and the customers
- Good basic mathematics skills
- Communication skills, verbal and written in English
- Must be proficient in the use of computers with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to follow approved procedures and to interpret, evaluate and document ILI tool data accurately and consistently
- Has acquired knowledge and skills required to obtain the certification level corresponding to Data Analyst Level I or Level II, and then to comply with API 1163 and Level I or II ASNT ILI PQ 2005
- When level 2, able to provide quality analysis checks on work performed by the other Data Analysts in accordance with the requirements set forth in TDW procedure D1386 Qualified QC Analyst.
FIELD SOLUTIONS ENGINEER
Job Responsibilities
- Technical Assessment and Project Support
- Supports local operational, project management, sales and commercial teams by providing integrated engineered solutions aligned with client’s needs and TDW’s scope of work,
- Coordinates with local Integrity Operations Manager to assure execution capacity and promote a culture of safety and quality,
- Logs, reviews and analyzes customers’ requests from a safety, technical and field execution point of view,
- Routinely engages Pipeline Integrity and Pigging Technology groups on customer requests, market trends and makes suggestions on future products and service offerings,
- Conducts job walk and pre-assessments site visits at customers’ location,
- Performs piggability assessments trap assessments and develops solutions to make lines piggable, as required,
- Participates in kick-off meetings with customers, answering technical queries and clarifying roles and responsibilities on the project,
- Serves as the primary technical interface with ETO and Pigging Technology teams for engineered applications;
- Technical Procedure and Training Development
- Writes technical documents, operational procedures and company standards while leveraging industry best practices,
- Conducts technical product and service training to local operations, project management, sales personnel and customers regarding the use of the technology in field operations,
- Assists Technology groups and Market Development team to understand regional needs/trends and help gather market/competitor intelligence,
- Expands the Pipeline Services knowledge base and assists in developing organizational bench strength
- Project Management and Coordination
- During peak workload, acts as Project Manager by managing and coordinating site operations,
- Coordinates subcontractors ensuring they meet established quality standards and minimum qualifications.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or similar field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Prior field experience in chemical or mechanical line cleaning, pigging, integrity/hydrotesting is a strong asset
- Exposure to project coordination/management
- Fluent in English as well as local language
- Good commercial acumen and interpersonal skills
- Strong collaborative, interdependence and ability to work in a team on fast moving projects
- Ability to travel (internationally and domestically), about 30% of the working time.
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Job Responsibilities
- Office Administration
- Answers phone calls in the most appropriate way, screens phone calls, finds out the nature of the enquiry, takes messages, redirects calls as appropriate, assesses the importance and priority of calls and takes appropriate action,
- Updates the internal phone list and distribute to the employees,
- Maintains log book of incoming documents and invoices and then distribute them to the appropriate person,
- Organizes outgoing mail and postage,
- Greets visitors in a highly professional manner, serves coffee or tea to guests, and ensures that the lobby is tidy,
- Orders lunches or books restaurants for visitors, customers and for company functions,
- Organization of employees’ transport and travel by making reservation of hotel, air ticket, and taxi booking,
- Administers the Invoice of the vendors for hotel, airlines, taxis are approved and submitted to AP with required documents & comments. Especially Project Nos to record it in the project expenses,
- Administers & monitors the need for pantry supplies ,stationary, office furniture and communication,
- Coordinates with the cleaning service to ensure the office areas ( meeting room, employee rooms, toilet, kitchen, windows, floor , stairs etc) are clean in appropriate and timely manner;
- As backup person for finance in AP and AR functions and provide support in adhoc basis to finance;
- HR Compliance
- Maintains & records employees daily attendance and absence,
- Maintains & records employees leave request and balance,
- Maintains all Statutory documents required from the time keeping office for presentation to authorities on their demand or annual report filing,
- Maintains and updates employee data (e.g., Jakarta employee call tree & address ) and other employees data as required by the Finance and Admin manager,
- Maintains expatriates’ documents, licenses, working permit ; monitors the expiration date and immediately alert for the necessity to renew within the required time frame,
- Liaises with E & Y for the documentation required in regard with the expatriate working permit permits and license and ensure follow up is conducted in timely manner,
- Keeps updated records and coordinate with local and regional operations team for all the documentation requited for Work Permits and Visas. Provides Indonesia Country Manager, HR and Legal updates on status of all Work Permit and Visa applications;
- Legal Compliance
- Registers, maintains and updates company secretarial documentations,
- Liaises through Legal with TMF, and alert management for the need to renewal company licenses within the time frame that will not interrupting business process,
- Liaise with the approved agent to process the renewal of company licenses and provided the required documents.
- Any other activity as assigned by the Legal Counsel.
Job Requirements:
- Applicants from reputable & recognized secretarial academy combined with min 4 years experience in a similar function,
- Experience in Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable beneficial,
- HR administration background is a strong asset,
- Good interpersonal skills (calm, courteous, professional and helpful), good organization skills, accuracy, flexibility, multi tasking and a good sense of initiative, respect for confidentiality and discretion,
- Positive customer service attitude and good verbal communication skills to actively listen, deal with problems and provide information clearly,
- IT literate,
- Fluent in English.
