IT Help Desk

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone
  • Train computer users
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems
  • Respond to email messages for customers seeking help
  • Ask questions to determine nature of problem
  • Walk other employees through problem-solving process
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
  • Clean up computers
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
  • Install computer peripherals for users
  • Follow up with other employees to ensure issue has been resolved
  • Gain feedback from other employees about computer usage
  • Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur

Requirements:

  • Have educational background minimum Diploma 3 in Information Technology or other majors with good experience in IT area
  • Willing to learn new technology in IT area
  • Willing to do business travel to other sites if needed
  • Willing to work overtime if needed
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

 

 Tax Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full spectrum of tax activities
  • Ensure the compliance of latest tax regulations and the requirements from authority
  • Supervise the Tax functions in the companies
  • Handle regular internal/external audit
  • Record, report, verify and analyze taxes to ensure the validity and accuracy of the data
  • Manage and review all tax return and other related reports
  • Manage and give necessary advice about tax payment
  • Implement tax policies & procedures which is related with financial tax accounting
  • Implement tax planning strategies to meet with company’s business strategies
  • Prepare all taxes and make tax report which is related to group’s & company’s activities
  • Coordinate with Finance & Accounting Team

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Tax or equivalent
  • Having certificate of Brevet A &B, it will be an advantage if having certificate of Brevet C
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field as Tax Supervisor, preferably in oil & gas industry
  • Strong knowledge in Taxation (Tax Report & Regulation)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, Proven analytical, organizational and problems solving skill with strong capabilities to work with minimal supervision
  • Having strong leadership qualities, ability to delegate responsibilities, initiative and manage team members
