Marine & Logistic Coordinator

Location: Jakarta - Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO)

Number of Position: 1 position

General Responsibilities:

To perform technical inspection, get involved during vessels selection process, monitor vessel performance, also shipping forwarder during contract period as well as perform audits of vessels, in order to ensure chartered vessels are suitable with the proposed operation, compliance with the company policy, national & international rules & regulations and Companys marine requirements.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • To prepare vessel technical specification based on project an marine requirements, in order to ensure compliance with the operation needs;
  • To evaluate proposed vessels during tender process, including inspection, in order to obtain the most suitable vessels for operation;
  • To conduct vessel audits as a part of risks identification and continuous improvement program, in order to prevent marine incidents;
  • To prepare marine work program and monitor marine achievement through KPIs, in order to achieve marine targets of the subsequent year;
  • To monitor and evaluate contractors performance at year to date based on contractors KPIs, in order to comply with Companys expectation & recommendations on improvement.
  • To prepare logistics manual and monitoring Logistics contract in order all work relevant with SOP/Logistics procedure also maintain the contract meet with budget expense.

Requirements:

  • Min. bachelors degree in in Marine Engineering or other related Engineering background, ANT/ATT-2
  • Minimum 3 years of onboard experience as a Master or Senior Officer, Marine Coordinator, Logistics Marine Supervisor, MTA
  • Having practical marine operational working experiences, including oil/gas tankers and offshore vessels
  • Preferably having knowledge and experience in Marine Fleet Coordinator, Marine Coordinator, Logistics Marine Supervisor, Marine Technical Authority
  • Preferably having previous experience as Port Captain or Mooring Master with Sea Pilot License
  • Having MWS experiences
  • Good command in English (verbal and written)
  • Computer literacy (Ms. Office, SAP)

 

Aviation Officer

Location: Jakarta - Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO)

Number of Position: 1 position

General Responsibilities:

To coordinate and monitors all Aviation operation and technical transportation resources and expertise, both internally and externally and other related support activities (such as reporting, database, library) in relation with aviation activities to ensure the achievement of high safety standard and cost effectiveness of aviation and technical within WMO.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • To provide helicopter scope of works and technical specification as part of the contract
  • To monitor flight activities as part of aviation operation at Flight Operational Base handled by contractor personnel
  • To monitor and evaluate contractors operation personnel, including validity of related certification
  • To coordinate closely with HSES Department and accountable people for any safety issues or aspect on Helicopter activities
  • To monitor contractor performance on regular basis and take immediate actions to solve any problems
  • To monitor the Helideck availability and readiness at Companys area and its certification validity, and work together with other groups to solve any Helideck problems
  • To provide technical assistance and recommendations for any logistical support
  • To monitor and evaluate maintenance of contracted Helicopters, in order to ensure their compliance with the approved local DGCA aviation maintenance specifications, FAA, country of origin and the recommended OEM's practices as well as National & International regulations.

Requirements:

  • Min. bachelor's degree in Aviation/Technical/Engineering and ATPL/AMEL Holder
  • Minimum 5 years of experiences in oil and gas industry for offshore operations and minimum 3 years in aviation industry with working knowledge of Helicopter operations
  • Preferably having minimum 3 years of experience in offshore logistics (oil and gas industry preferred) as a Helicopter Operation Crew (Pilot, Mech, FOO)
  • Possess good understand all the rules of the Aviation existing good rule of International (ICAO/OGP) and Government regulation (DGCA-CASR/SKK MIGAS)
  • Understand the system of cooperation in oil and gas operations such as: PSC, including understanding about all the rules for procurement/auction goods in accordance PTK-0050/BPO0000/2012/SO. Rev.0 : Persyaratan teknis dan standarisasi pengadaan pesawat udara, awak pesawat udara, dan sarana penunjang dilingkungan kegiatan hulu minyak dan gas bumi (SKK MIGAS)
  • Good command in English (verbal and written)
  • Computer literacy (Ms. Office, SAP)
