PIPELINE ENGINEER

(PHE WMO Jakarta)

Work location: PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi - West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO) - Jakarta

Department: Project

Summary Position :

• Provide Pipeline Engineering expertise starting from engineering/concept design, interface with construction and commissioning, operation engineering support (including modification of existing facility), and update engineering guidance/standard.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering/Ocean Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
• Min 7 years experience in oil & gas industry with related 5 years of Pipeline Engineering
• Experience in Pipeline Basic Knowledge, Pipeline Network, Pipeline Design, and Pipeline Installation
• Computer Literacy
• Good command in English, written & speaking

 

PROCESS ENGINEER

(PHE WMO Jakarta)

Work location: PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi - West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO) - Jakarta

Department: Project

Summary Position:

• To Support target of PHEWMO Production by installing new facilities will require process engineer who provide engineering expertise in New Field development, Conceptual Design, Appraise & Select Phase, and optimization FEED, coordination with Exploitation team to setup design criteria and future development. This role is also accountable for Process engineering deliverable in Detail Engineering phase, support Procurement, Fabrication, Installation Commissioning and Start-Up within Project Department, and interface with other departments for process discipline for modification.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelors Degree In Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering
• Min 7 years experience in oil & gas industry with related 5 years of Process Engineering and Process System Engineering.
• Experience in Conceptual Design, Process Engineering Design (basic), Process System Engineering, Detailed Engineering, Process Safety System
• Computer Literacy
• Good command in English, written & speaking

 

ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENT ENGINEER

Summary Position:

• Provide Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering expertise starting from engineering/concept design, interface with construction and commissioning, operation engineering support (including modification of existing facility), and update engineering guidance/standard. Ensure quality assurance of optimization, design basis, conceptual design, and front end engineering design deliverables.

• Min. Bachelors Degree In Electrical or Instrument Engineering

COST ESTIMATOR

Summary Position:

• Cost Estimator is responsible to provide estimation package based on scope of work and control the cost performance against AFE Approved during the entire project and alert project management team to anticipate future project cost at completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (Masters Engineering Preferable) in Industrial, Mechanical, Civil or Ship Building Engineering.
• Having minimum 7 years experience in oil & gas industry with 3-5 years in cost estimation and cost control process for Engineering Department
• Proven knowledge & skills of Project Cost Management & Engineering, Cost Estimation Technique, Cost control, Project Risk Management and Project Control
• Computer Literacy
• Good command in English, written & speaking

 

PERFOMANCE ANALYST

Department: Project

Summary Position:

• Analyst Performance is provide projects perfomance report and distribute to all stakeholder (PHE WMO, PHE, BPMIGAS, Dit Hulu PERTAMINA) in regular basis (Weekly and Monthly). This position also responsible to coordinate the project team to expedite and update the project status, assist project team with project information and counter measure to be taken if project is not satisfy. This position will also analyze and monitor contractors weekly and monthly performance inline with scope of work and baseline.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering
• Minimum 7 years experience in oil & gas industry with 5 years related of Performance/Planner or Project Control for Engineering Department
• Proven knowledge and experience of Project Control, Project Performance Measurement, Project Management, Project Cost Management, Project Time Management, Interface Management
• Computer Literacy

PROJECT HSE LEAD

Department: Project

Summary Position:

• The Project HSE Lead shall report to the Project Manager and functionally to the Corporate SR HSES Manager. The Project HSE Lead shall work closely with other functional disciplines and departments. The Project HSE Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing safety concept for EPCI.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years experience in the practice of Safety Systems implementation inclusive of at least 7 years in Safety Engineering Management in Project
• Skills competencies related to Safe Work Practices, Work Permit Procedure, Emergency Response Procedure, Fire Prevention and Control, Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment and Indonesia Occupational and Safety regulation
• Familiar with applicable International Standards
• Language Proficiency - Good in English and Indonesian Language
• Microsoft Office, Windows-based PC applications

 

PROJECT ENGINEER LEAD

Summary Position :

• This position is responsible for and actively involved in design, construction and modification of all process systems facilities. This position is also responsible for the execution of all project specifications, bid documentation and relevant recommendation and production engineering contracts and agreement. Supervise the projects include performance evaluation, detailed feasibility studies for modifications and additions to production facilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Civil or Civil Engineering
• Having minimum 12 years experience in oil & gas industry with 8-10 years experience of Project Construction & Engineering
• Well familiar with code and standard in O&G Industry related for Project Construction & Engineering
• Knowledgeable of Project Management, SKK Migas Standard Guidelines / Government Regulation, and PTK 007
• Proven knowledge and skills of Oil and Gas Operations, Risk Assessment, AFE & Contracts
• Literacy of Ms Project and AutoCAD

 

PETROLEUM ENGINEER

(PHE WMO Jakarta)

Work location: PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi - West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO) - Jakarta

Department: Exploitation

Summary Position:

• Perform and responsible for optimizing completion design for new wells and work over procedures in consultation with Drilling and Work over Department. Analyzes well inflow performance and focuses effort on optimizing artificial lift systems, sand control, stimulation, and identifying new technology available for increasing well performance.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelors Degree in Petroleum Engineering or Chemical Engineering
• Min. 7 years of oil & gas experience on Reservoir or Petroleum Engineering.
• Experience with Offshore Drilling and Production Operations preferred.
• Proven ability to work with other key subsurface disciplines such as Reservoir Engineering, Geology, Geophysics, plus to other related department such as Operations, Production, Drilling and Supply Chain Management.
• Familiar with Indonesian Oil & Gas Laws & Regulations and other applicable Government Regulation, PSC Contract.
• Good command in English both written and speaking.
• Office Computer standard skill.

 

FIELD EXECUTION SUPERVISOR

(PHE WMO Gresik)

Work location: PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi - West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO) - Gresik

Department: Field Operation

Summary Position:

• Responsible for Execution of Fabrication and Installation Project ≤ US $ 2.000.000 at Onshore and Offshore Field Operation (Piping, Steel Structure, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation).

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree of Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrument Engineering or Related Education with minimum 5 (five years) experience in Project Execution Oil and Gas Industry.
• Experience in QA/QC Project, Project Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrument Engineer or Maintenance Lead/Foreman
• Have background knowledge/experience of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Turbo machinery and Automation.
• Knowledgeable of Project Budget, Planning and Scheduling, Engineering Drawing and Documentation
• Literacy of SAP System-Maintenance Processing

 

MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Department : Field Operation

Summary Position :

• Responsible for Implementation of Engineering Systems Standard in Field Operation and Comply with Governments Regulations in providing Safe, Reliable, Efficient and Sustainable Operation.

Requirements:

• S1 Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument Engineering or Related Education with min 5 years experience in Field Maintenance at Oil and Gas Industry
• Background knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Turbo machinery and Automation
• Familiar with Engineering Specification and Standard, Project Budget, Planning and Scheduling, Engineering Drawing and Documentation
• Literacy of SAP System-Maintenance Processing
