Adaro Power

Adaro Power is effectively 100% owned by PT. Adaro Energy Tbk., the largest public listed integrated coal mining and services company in Indonesia that ranks among the top five exporters of thermal coal globally.

The Group is the largest single-site coal producer in the southern hemisphere and has three operating mine areas (namely Paringin, Tutupan, and Wara). The group also has a 25% interest in a joint venture with BHP in 7 coking coal concessions in Central Kalimantan.

Adaro Power established in December 2010, represents all the power generations business interest of the Group.

In line with this mission, Adaro Power is assuming the Sponsor's role for all the power generation projects undertaken by the Group. Adaro Power's Projects such as PT. Makmur Sejahtera Wisesa (Tanjung-South Kalimantan), PT. Bhimasena Power Indonesia (Batang-Central Java), and PT. Tanjung Power Indonesia (Tanjung-South Kalimantan).

Finance & Accounting Supervisor

Job Description:

• Closing Monthly Report on timely manner
• Monitoring Accuracy Site Transaction and Report, such as: Inventory report, operation consumption report, stock take
• Manage and monitor Fixed Assets
• Assist in interim and annual audit process
• Assist and perform the cost variance analysis between actual versus budget

Job Requirement:

• Preferable Male
• Age maximum 30 years
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Good time management, honest, attention to detail, strong sense of urgency, problem solving and self motivation
• Proactive, disciplined, innovative and willing to work hard with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Experience and capable to develop, maintain and ensure compliance with Accounting & Tax policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of accounting system and computer
• Excellent knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations
• Willing travel to site

Finance & Accounting Manager

Job Requirement:

• Maximum 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university.
• At least 8 year(s) working experience with minimum 3 years experience in managerial level. Having experience as external auditor in big-four public accounting firm will be an advantage
• Required skill(s): excellence knowledge of finance, accounting, tax, budgeting, risk and compliance; Proficient in written and oral in English.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Description:

• Manage day to day finance and accounting operations
• Ensure that all accounting treatment are comply with Indonesian GAAP and Group Accounting Policy
• Prepare monthly consolidated financial report and reporting package
• Prepare, socialize and monitor the implementation of standard operating procedures
• Review current finance and accounting policy and procedures and seek for continuous improvement
• Prepare annual budget and perform variance analysis between actual versus budget on monthly basis
• Manage interim and annual audit process
