Sr. Instrument Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspect of field instrument, construction design and control system design.
• Establishment of realistic design engineering schedule and man-hour control
• Clarification and confirmation of design engineering data input/output, split of work & material supply between Instrument Department and other Departments.
• Coordination with other sections, Project Management Team, Clients, Vendors and Engineering Subcontractors as required.
• Review and approval of technical documents produced by the engineers, designers and engineering subcontractors.
• Implementing the quality plan for design engineering work of the project based on the established procedure.

Qualifications:

• Education: Min. S1
• Experience: Min. 10 years in Engineering
• Experienced in establishment of Design Basis, Specification, Standard Drawing, Data Sheet and Engineering Drawing generation/Review/Approval, Design Calculation using related software, Requisition, Technical Bid Evaluation, Vendor Document review related to Instrumentation Design.
• Having capability to make schedule, progress control, and make a comprehensive report.
• Familiar with International Standard for Instrumentation work.
• Familiar/know well with Engineering Software for Instrumentation work, like SPI, InstruCalc, SP3D/PDMS.
• Having site experience/supervision work.
• Having EPC mindset

Sr. Mechanical Static Engineer

Qualification :

• Education: S-1 degree.
• Experienced: minimum 5 years in Engineering.
• Experienced in establishment Design Basis, Specification, Standard Drawing, Data Sheet and Engineering Drawing generation/Review/Approval, Design Calculation using related software, Requisition, Technical Bid Evaluation, Vendor Document review for Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks, and its accessories.

Sr. Mechanical Combustion Engineer

Qualification :

• Education: S-1 degree.
• Experienced: minimum 5 years in Engineering.
• Experienced in establishment Design Basis, Specification, Data Sheet and Engineering Drawing generation/Review/Approval, Design Calculation using related software, Requisition, Technical Bid Evaluation, Vendor Document review for Fired Heater, Boiler, HRSG, Flare Stack, Incinerator, and its accessories.

Sr. QC ENGINEER

Qualification:

• S1 degree in mechanical or metallurgy
• Having min.8 years experience as QC Engineer in EPC project. (Oil and Gas project is preferred).
• Having certified Welding Engineer (WE) or Welding Inspector (WI) by international body.
• Familiar with the international code / standard, such as ASME, ANSI, API, AWS, ASTM, etc.
• Familiar with Indonesian statutory / government regulation (MIGAS & Depnaker).
• Familiar with ISO Quality System
• Capable to be a QC leader for EPC project.
• Having good coordination and communication skills.
• Capable to work under pressure.

GENERAL QUALIFICATION:

• Excellent command of oral and written English
• Computer literate (MS office, MS Word, Ms Excel, Ms Project and related software)
• Self - starting and motivated as well as able to work in demanding area.
• Have strong leadership, proactive, and excellent teamwork.
