HTE Management Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinate tender registration and also responsible for all document requirement on tender process and obtain company registered (SKT)
• Calculate total rent cost in economics of all trucks and heavy equipment for obtaining the competitive rental tariff
• Monitor the scheduled contract and submit the invoicing document
• Ensuring regular servicing and maintenance of all trucks and heavy equipment of the establishment
• Assigning work areas and tasks to subordinates and ensuring the timely completion of the same
• Complying with all safety norms and the tribes regulations for all processes
• Coordinating with the purchasing department for spare parts and other repair of equipments as proscribes by the procurement and any other policies affecting such purchases
• Ensuring the appropriate usage and handling of testing tools and repair equipment

• Male
• Aged 40 – 50 years old
• One (1) year of Management experience
• Diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from an institution
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License (Class A or B) is required
• Experience in accurately bidding jobs involving the operation of heavy equipment.
• Knowledge and experience on basic maintenance of heavy equipment is highly preferred
• Good in Bahasa Indonesia & English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines.
• Experience of maintaining a service and repair maintenance of all vehicles and equipment
