SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (HRM)

Senior Human Resources Manager will be in charge in a full spectrum of HR activities consisting of Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Industrial Relations and General HR Administration.

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor Degree from Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Minimum 10 years working experience in mid level management of HR Organization.
• Solid hands on HR experience, both tactical & strategic, as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess strong knowledge on labor law and grievance handling.
• Show good leadership and initiative. Reliable and diligent with high integrity.
• Marine Industry, Shipping Companies or Off-Shore Industry backgrounds are preferable.
