Legal Officer (Kode: LO)

Jakarta based

Responsibilities

• Review and provide legal advice on projects
• Update company knowledge about Indonesian related law and regulation
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure any legal risk
• Provide and interpret legal information
• handling monitoring, processing and completing licenses and permit

Qualifications:

• Preferably female
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field (Mining Preferably)
• English Speaking is a MUST
• Able to work under pressure, good initiative and attitude, good analytical thinking, detail oriented, communicated
• Having good knowledge in corporate legal, projects, review agreement, land acquisitions
• Willing to stay or travel to remote area in short assignment

ENVIRONMENTAL SUPERVISOR (Kode: ESV)

Jakarta based

Responsibilities

• To ensure that all environmental monitoring activities are completed in accordance with the schedule within the allocated timeframe and to an acceptable standard.
• To collect and record environmental data
• To ensure a safe working environment where project related impacts to the environment and personnel are eliminated and risks are managed.
• Develop technical capabilities in environmental monitoring methodologies
• To make report related to environmental (RKL/RPL, Mine Closure, RKTTL)

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering
• Min 5 years experience in the same role in mining company / relevant
• English Speaking is a MUST
• Having knowledge of AMDAL and all post mining regulations (RKL / RPL)
• Having Experience to conduct and control water management, waste management
• Honest and having integrity, able to work in a team
• Experience in reporting and database
• Conversant with regulations to environmental issues
• Willing to stay or travel to remote area in short assignment
