Internal Audit Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and maintain a comprehensive audit program and audit activities, and assists in the design of Internal Audit Department policies, SOP, procedures and protocols
• Develop internal control system, internal control risk and business process optimization of internal control requirements
• Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of financial and operating internal controls.
• Prepare and conducts draft audit report, which consist of analytical problems with the recommendations
• Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of financial and operating internal controls.
• Review and improvement internal control business unit process
• Responsible to support the creation of audit program

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in "Big 4" accounting firm or reputable national/international company in the mining/ manufacturing sector.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
• Having knowledge of Risk Based Audit & Risk Management framework
• Have strong analytical thinking, communication and reporting skill
• Ready to work under pressure and deadline.
• Understand about financial and operational audit.
• Must have good knowledge in Bapepam regulation, PSAK and Tax.
• Willing to work hard, discipline, loyal, pro-active and able to work individually as well as a team
• Full-Time position(s) available.
