PT REKSA REKATAMA is a subsidiary of Equalindo Group, having its Head Office in Jakarta with on-going projects in Java, Borneo and Papua. We are a company specializing in mining, plantation, heavy equipment, construction and mining services. We having an access to a wide network of customers, business partners and have established good working and partnership relationship with a wide range of reliable and renowned suppliers specialized in their own field. At present, we are doing some projects in Kutai Timur, Kutai Barat, Malinau, and Papua

In order to support the current and future project executions we are inviting highly qualified, self motivated and performance oriented candidates to join into our team as:

Scientist / Project Manager Renewable Energy

Requirements

• An engineering, natural science or environmental planning degree
• At least 5 years of successful project management track record in the Asian power or energy industry, preferably solar power, biogas, biofuel or other renewable energies.
• Proven performance for technically and legally complex projects and agreements.
• The candidate will have demonstrated the ability to lead project team members in matrix organizations in different countries and to operate and navigate within an international company.
• He/she needs to be able to demonstrate successful relationship building across a broad range of levels from investors and banks to subcontractors, political stakeholders and senior executives.
• A team player with exceptional communication skills, a self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for renewable energies.
• The candidate must be willing to travel extensively.
• Project Management International (PMI/PMP), Six Sigma or equivalent certification is a plus.

CONTROLLER

Qualification :

• Male, age 24-30 years
• Degree/Diploma majoring Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment / contractor / plantations
• Good communication skill, hard working, team player and goal oriented
• Experience in cost accounting and budgeting.
• Willing to be located at East Kalimantan

Heavy Equipment General Manager

Kualifikasi

• Pria, S1 Tehnik Mesin dari Universitas terkemuka
• Umur 35-45 tahun
• Orang asing/expatriate tidak masalah.
• Menguasai komponen alat berat, dan dapat membaca part book untuk sparepart alat berat
• Dapat memberikan advise kepada mekanik untuk perbaikan alat berat seperti Dozer, Excavator, DumpTruck, Bomag dll
• Mampu membuat laporan MA/PA setiap unit dan memastikan semua unit RFU
• Diutamakan fasih berbahasa Inggris
• Pengalaman kerja min 10 tahun sebagai manager plant alat berat
• Sanggup bekerja keras dan mempunyai tanggung jawab

Civil Engineering / Teknik Sipil

Kualifikasi:

• Usia Maksimum 35 tahun
• Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil, Teknik Bangunan
• Pengalaman 3 tahun di posisi yang sama atau 5 tahun di perusahaan Kelapa Sawit merupakan sebuah keharusan
• Menguasai rangkaian prosedur teknis perkebunan yang berhubungan dengan bangunan, dan dermaga.
• Kompeten dalam pengawasan, pembangunan gedung, dermaga, pabrik dan atau sarana dan prasarana kebun
• Menguasai program AutoCad
• Dapat bekerja dalam team
• Bersedia ditempatkan di proyek di Kalimantan
• Stand by On Call dan bersedia lembur jika dibutuhkan
• Menguasai Microsoft Excel, dan Microsoft Office lainnya serta membuat laporan.
• Jujur, ulet dan mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
• Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik
• Lebih disukai yang berdomisili di area Kalimantan

SITE HRD SUPERVISOR

Kualifikasi :

• Pria usia +/- 30 tahun, pendidikan S-1
• Pengalaman sebagai HRD Supervisor di site proyek minimal 5 tahun
• Memahami undang-undang tenaga kerja dengan baik
• Tegas, jujur, disiplin, berkemampuan komunikasi dengan baik
• Mampu melaksanakan visi, misi, keinginan manajemen dengan baik
• Untuk penempatan di Timika, Papua
• Bisa segera bergabung

AUDIT MANAGER

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor / Master Degree from reputable universities major in Accounting, with excellent academic result (minimum GPA 3,00).
• Minimum 6 years experiences in Audit professional practice, preferably in an International Public Accounting Firm.
• Possess Accountant Certification will be advantageous.
• Strong competencies in the area of client service, problem solving and project management.
• Articulate and convincing communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-moving and multi-tasking environment.
• Capable in developing others and managing talents.
• Excellent in English and mandarin, both oral and written
• Excellent computer literate.
• Willing to travel for out-of-town engagements.
