Driver Hauling

Responsibilities

• Mengoperasikan unit (Truk Volvo / Truk Scania) sesuai dengan prosedur dan instruksi kerja untuk mencapai target kerja (ritase) yang ditetapkan Perusahaan.
• Melakukan pemeriksaan rutin harian kendaraan dan membuat laporan kerja harian.
• Berkordinasi dengan sesama Driver Hauling dan pengawas lapangan pada saat melakukan pekerjaan dengan tujuan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan produktif.

• Laki-laki, usia maksimum 40 tahun.
• Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun sebagai Driver/Operator (Volvo/Scania) di Perusahaan Tambang.
• Lulusan SMA dengan pengetahuan yang baik tentang prinsip-prinsip teknik mesin.
• Harus memiliki SIM BII Umum yang masih aktif.
• Berbadan sehat dan tidak menggunakan kacamata (- / +).

Operational Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all activities in your assigned area are carried out safely and in accordance with the Company guidelines by providing leadership in team building, planning, and establishing clear measures that keep everyone focused on safety, results, and the customer expectations.
• Supervising, coordinating and monitoring the execution of scheduled work plans and unplanned emergency and breakdown work, determining sequence and assignments based on work priority and availability of equipment and manpower.
• Developing and maintaining effective, collaborative and open working relationship with division within Companies, customer and among contractors to achive exceptional production target.
• Providing timely data into various information systems (i.e. work order history, employee pay details, production reports, etc.).
• Review work performance and deal with collective agreement issues and action plans.

Requirements

• Male. Age 35 years old maximum.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mining) with broad knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• POP certification is a must.
• Excellent communication, leadership and time management skills.
• Good computer knowledge.
• Confidence to work autonomously in a fast-paced and rugged environment.
• Good working knowledge and understanding about ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.
• A valid “A” class driver’s license is required.

HSE Officer

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture by setting clear goals, ensuring employees are skilled and trained and encouraging people at all levels to be leaders in safety and accountable for the safety in their daily activities.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipments and infrastructures (ex. road, workshop) to ensure a safe work environment and identify potential hazards for mitigation and site awareness.
• Providing administrative support and regular reports for the Management.

Requirements

• Male. Age 35 years old maximum.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or Nursing.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• AK3 Umum Depnaker certification is a must.
• Strong working knowledge of mine safety requirements and relevant legislation.
• Advanced skill in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Confidence to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Good working knowledge and understanding about ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.
• A valid “A” class driver’s license is required.

HSE Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture by setting clear goals, ensuring employees are skilled and trained and encouraging people at all levels to be leaders in safety and accountable for the safety in their daily activities.
• Examine activities, practices and incidents, and review management systems and performance standards to continuously improve procedures and practices.

Requirements

• Male. Age 40 years old maximum.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety).
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• AK3 Umum Depnaker certification is a must.
• Strong working knowledge of mine safety requirements and relevant legislation.
• Excelent communication, strong influencing and facilitations skills.
• Confidence to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Good working knowledge and understanding about ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.
• A valid “A” class driver’s license is required.

Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver optimal results from people and equipment by utilising systems and functions available to achieve exceptional production targets as Management expectations.
• Coordinate with a range of external stakeholders within a region including Government and Non Government Agencies, industry representatives and create effective communication with community groups to develop strong relationship and support Company’s reputation and operation to achive on production targets.
• Provide appropriate and timely reports to senior Management throughout the project life-cycle so that the appropriate actions can be taken in time to keep the project on-track.
• Leads on aspects of problems and able to consistently and confidently present the work of the team to senior Management.
• Actively participate, uphold and improve site safe work practices and developing and implementing good environmental management plans.

Requirements

• Male. Age 45 years old maximum.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mining/Mechanical) with good project management experience and broad knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• POM certification is a must.
• Has strong negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution skills to able to work on and solve complex problems in area of expertise with limited to no direct supervision. Has original ideas and applies fresh approaches to problems; thinks one or two levels up.
• Good working knowledge and understanding about ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.
