Sr. Electrical Engineer (0023/ENG)

Qualifications :

• Minimum bachelor degree in Electrical (higher degree preferred)
• 5-12 years' experience in Engineering & Construction for Mining/ Oil & Gas
• Strong software skills: Ms. Office program, AutoCAD, ETAP, Dialux
• Familiar with PID drawing (preferable)
• Ability to develop design specifications, design basis, Engineering calculations, MTOs, datasheets and specifications including technical RFQs and TBEs.

Responsibilities :

• Design single line (SLD), Schematic, termination & any electrical drawing
• Load calculation, cable sizing/ schedule/ earthing, lightning, etc.
• Preparation datasheet, specification, MTO

 

Planner / Scheduler (0024/TS)

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in engineering preferred from civil background
• 2-4 years' experience in Engineering, Procurement Construction (EPC) or Consultant on Mining Development, Mineral Processing and General Infrastructure. Oil and Gas experience will be an advantage
• Excellent skills on Primavera & Ms-Project

Responsibilities :

• Develop, update and monitor Project Master Schedule, Progress Measurement Plan, S-curve and Manpower Plan for Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning phase with Primavera including the analysis of any deviations and corrective actions
• Prepare and develop WBS, activities, relation, estimating time and resources allocated
• Analyze and update critical path activity
• Implement Earned Value Analysis Method
• Prepare resources loading if needed according to committed schedule / baseline
• Collecting, review & integrate vendor / sub-contractor/ fabricator schedule
• Monitor lead time of materials and equipment
• Participate in internal and external coordination meetings and presenting the project schedule to Clients or any other external parties.

 

Jr. Cost Controller (0025/FA)

Qualifications :

• Bachelor of Economic degree, majoring in Accounting
• Min. 5 years working experience in Finance & Accounting field especially in Cost Control and Analysis
• Advanced English report writing skills
• Good initiative, attentive to detail and have a sense of controlling for any cost

Responsibilities :

• Assist in develop and implement cost control system & procedure & templates for Corporate and Projects
• Assist in develop cost report model & monitoring system for internal & external purpose
• Monitor and verify any committed/occurred corporate expenditure to be in-line with Corporate budget
• Assist in annual budget and monthly cash flow forecast preparation for both Corporate and Project
• Prepare monthly manpower utilization report (forecast vs. actual) and comments on variance
• Record, monitor and verify expense claims and determine each expenditure for chargeable/non chargeable based on each project policies
• Ensure all the hourly rates stated on timesheet register are agreed with its contract/proposal
• Ensure there is no overrun for each project cost for both external and internal

 

Procurement Engineer (0029/TS)

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in engineering preferred from civil, mechanical or electrical background.
• 4-8 years' experience in Engineering, Procurement Construction (EPC) or Consultant on Mining Development, Mineral Processing and General Infrastructure.
• Familiar with software correlated with data processing such as QDMS.
• Candidate with excellent qualified vendor database are preferred

Responsibilities :

• Entire cycle of Procurement activities, incl. Vendor selection, enquiries, tender summary, clarifications and negotiations.
• Register the complete vendor quotations data into Procurement software
• To ensure procurement database are updated and accurate
• Review and coordinate TBE (Technical Bid Evaluation) with engineering team.
• Review and coordinate CBE (Commercial Bid Evaluation) with vendor.
• Develop, monitor & update Project Procurement schedule
• Re-arrange project schedule to procurement schedule
• Develop & update Project Procurement Plans for Project specific
• Develop & update Corporate Procurement Systems and Procedure
• Monitor on-going tendering/procurement activities
• Participate in internal and external coordination meetings and presenting the specific Project procurement activities update to Clients or any other external parties.

 

Sr. Instrument Engineer

Qualifications :

• Min. Bachelor degree of Instrument Engineering from reputable university
• 5-12 years' experience in Engineering & Construction for Mining and Oil & Gas
• Must be competent in Ms. Office, AutoCAD, and any Instrument software
• Able to develop PID
• Able to sizing & selecting any instrument device
• Have knowledge with control system is preferable

Responsibilities :

• Preparation/specification, Datasheet, Instrument list, I/O list & MTO
• PID preparation
• Calculate/sizing and selecting the right instrument for project requirement
• Developing any instrument drawing such as Loop Diagram, Instrument detail, etc.

 

Designer (E&I) - 0033/ENG

Qualifications :

• Min. Technical High School or Diploma of Electrical Engineering
• Min. 5 years' experience in the same position
• Intermediate skill level for AutoCAD, Microstation
• Having knowledge in control system is preferable
• Familiar with instrument software

Responsibilities :

• Generate drawing for Electrical and Instrumentation drawing
• Develop detail engineering drawing
• Make sure the design confirmed to relevant standard
• Prepare MTO, schedule diagram, and cable schedule
• Develop PID, SLD, Loop Diagram, interconnection, hook up drawing, & electrical symbol

 

Designer (Mech./MHS) - 0034/ENG

Qualifications :

• Min. Technical High School (min. 10 years exp.), Diploma (min. 5 years exp.)
• Able to execute design & Engineering drawing, and MTO
• Knowledge on fabrication will be an advantage
• Knowledge on Mining Bulk Material Handling System is a must
• Must be having good computer literacy in Excel, Word, AutoCAD
• Ability to work independently and also within a busy and high-performing team

Responsibilities :

• To deliver accurate engineering design, and drawing
• To provide engineering support to Engineer
• Ensure all work adheres to international Engineering Standards and codes, such as; ASME, API, TEMA, AS, BS and other international standards.
• Coordination with other discipline team to produce accurate drawing
• Working with project team and project manager to ensure on-time project completion
• Providing technical and administrative support through all phases of the project
• Striving to ensure quality and timely delivery of finished products to clients.

 

Designer (Civil/Structural) - 0035/ENG

Qualifications :

• Min. Technical High School
• Min. 5 years' experience in similar position
• Intermediate skill for AutoCAD, knowledge in TEKLA will be an advantage
• Ability to work independently and also within a busy and high-performing team

Responsibilities :

• Efficiently executing CAD design activities as directed by the Lead Engineer
• Ensure all work adheres to international Engineering Standards and codes, such as; AISC, ACI, AS, BS-EN and other international standards.
• Prepare discipline Material Take Off
• Produce accurate designs from calculations and documents produced by discipline engineers

 

Sr. Cost Control - 0036/ENG

Qualifications :

• Bachelor of Engineering degree, majoring in Civil/Mechanical
• Min. 10 years working experience as Cost Control in the related industries (mining/construction/O&G/power plants)
• Good initiative, attentive to detail and have high sense of controlling for any cost
• Able to work independently with expatriate executives level
• Strong understanding with EPCM, EPC and Engineering works during entire project cycle

Responsibilities :

• Assist in develop, update and implement cost control system & procedure & templates for Corporate and Projects
• Responsible to manage overall cost report for multiple various Projects
• Assist PM to develop dedicated budget estimation for each work package
• Develop Cost Breakdown Structures
• Identify each Project policies to develop dedicated cost report model & monitoring system for internal & external purpose including forecast & variance status with strong interface on scheduling, estimating, accounting, procurement and project management
• Record, monitor & verify committed/occurred/pending cost & Project progress for direct & indirect cost to be in-line with project policies and provide cash flow forecast with strong interface with Accounting and PM
• Cost validation with Clients
• Ensure there is no overrun for each project cost for both external and internal

 

Document Control - (0012/ENG)

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma graduate from any major discipline.
• Minimum 3 years work experiences as Project Document Controller with knowledge in handling EPC Projects.

Responsibilities :

• Good knowledge in Document Control Systems
• Receive incoming documents, register, create transmittal note, submit documents and remind recipients to sign and return the transmittal.
• File documents and maintain project filing and keeps revision history of hard copy documents and electronic file on a regular basis. Including technical documents, drawings, vendor data, client's comments, incoming and outgoing
• documents, and correspondence.
• Update Deliverable List, Documents, Vendor Data, Client's comments, and distribute latest revision documents to related person.
• Generate Document Control Progress reports as required.
• Provide administrative support to site team, ensure project deliverables are executed.
• Communicating all issues occurred on Site and Jakarta office.
• Willing to be placed at site if necessary

 

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

1. Ability to communicate in English, both oral and written.
2. Must have good computer literacy; Microsoft Office (excel, power point, word, and Visio), and report preparation.
3. Ability to work on his/ her own initiative but function as an integral part of a team
4. Ability to work fast, multi-task and tight deadlines and also self-motivated.
5. Related experiences in Engineering, Procurement Construction (EPC) or Consultant on Mining Development, Mineral Processing and General Infrastructure. Oil and Gas experience well regarded
6. Familiar with Codes/ Standards, both Local Standards (SNI) and International Codes/ Standards, ASME, API, TEMA, AS, BS, AISC, IBC, UBC, AISC, ACI, and other International Standards – for Engineering positions
7. All roles are Jakarta based however may require travelling to site when needed
