Currently our client a multinational Operator company in Oil and Gas industry in Indonesia requires positions as below:
Naval Architect (Indonesian National)
Work location: Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Provide Naval Architect / Marine Engineering expertise support within the Full Field Development Team to enable Concept Select Screening works associated with evaluation of multiple Offshore Facility options.
- Contribute expertise in considerations related to process, mechanical, electrical, fabrication, installation, operations and maintenance.
- Review design work to ensure it meets industry standards and regulations (including Indonesian Regulations), and is consistent with the project objectives of safety, operability, reliability, cost effectiveness.
- Provide Naval Architect / Marine Engineering expertise in the HSE related studies.
- Provide Naval Architect / Marine Engineering expertise and assistance to Senior Cost Engineer in the cost planning.
- Providing support to Senior Cost Engineer in planning, monitoring and controlling annual budget.
Qualifications
- University Degree in Naval Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum of 12 years experience in Offshore Oil & Gas facilities specifically in Front End Concept
- Select Design & Engineering / Detailed Design of Floating production systems (FPSO, FSO, FLNG,
- TLP, SPAR, Semi-Sub). Experiences with construction of hulls in South East Asian construction yards/shipyards are preferred.
