Due to very good business development in Indonesia and South East Asia for ANDRITZ HYDRO, we are currently seeking and inviting highly motivated candidate to join our team as:

QA/QC MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring of the implementation of the product quality standards
2. Implementation of project specific inspection and test plans
3. Performing supplier audits and assessments
4. Definition of quality improvement measures for suppliers and following up
5. Approval of supplier documents for quality and processes: ITPs, MPPs, WPS/PQRs
6. Coordinating and performing witness tests and final inspections at supplier site
7. Implementation of quality organization and quality measures for installation work on sites
8. Reporting and follow up of non-conformities
9. Preparing the quality documentation for projects

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering
• Knowledge about welding (WPS, PQR)
• Knowledge about NDT testing (PT, MT, UT) and dimensional control
• Knowledge about manufacturing of heavy steel components
• Knowledge about corrosion protection and packing
• English language in writing and verbal
• Experience in project business
• Team player, solution oriented, and problem solving skills
