Adaro Power is effectively 100% owned by PT. Adaro Energy Tbk., the largest public listed integrated coal mining and services company in Indonesia that ranks among the top five exporters of thermal coal globally.

Sr. Manager Project Financing
Responsibilities
- Supervise junior analyst in preparation of financial models for Adaro Power’s projects
- Lead financing activities for AP’s projects, including devising workable financing plan; project structuring to mitigate project risk to acceptable level; selecting and negotiating with potential lenders on loan documentation; coordinating lenders due diligence and satisfaction of condition precedent; and ongoing reporting to lenders.
- Provide support on project development and implementation activities
- Lead preparation of risk analysis of AP’s projects for reporting to Board
- Supervise and train junior analysts
- Preparation of board papers for decision and update
Legal Administration
Responsibilities
- Perform management and maintenance of the company legal documents (Articles of Association, agreements, licenses, stock certificates, list of shareholders), including subsidiaries that have legal implications both hardcopy and softcopy documentation to ensure that law-abiding companies and accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Do management for all working file that is being done in Legal Division, including preparing collection of documents that want to be approved when the work is done. It is to ensure that every single working have accurate information files.
- Making a report working files that can produce information about progress every work in Legal division.
- Check the validity of any legal document company to ensure a valid document in accordance with the applicable legislation.
- Ensuring implementation of company documentation of legal documents in accordance with the provisions and procedures of the Legal Division so that documents can be easily found if needed, recorded in a database system, controlled existence and maintained in a good condition.
- Documentation for implement legislation that will support the performance of the Legal Division and always update the information regarding all of the rules and regulations to ensure that all documents are documented and easily found.
- Carry out duties as administrator of the documentation management system for legal documents and the company's subsidiaries and do socialization to ensure the system can be implemented in an integrated and appropriate procedures.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Supporting operations for management administrative of the company and maintains schedule's Director.
- Set up a schedule and organize meetings / regular meetings (weekly meetings, monthly), as well as making the minutes of meetings / conferences.

- Receiving, sending and making letters for the internal company and outside parties.
- Prepare all the needs in business trip for Directors (travel request, ticketing, visa, hotel accomodation, transportation, travel expenses report).

Contract and Procurement Supervisor
Requirements

Planner
Responsibilities
- Develop short-term planning and long-term power generation and preparing for power generation (shut down) operations both scheduled and non-scheduled with input from Head Operation and Maintenance Head.
- Being a system administrator and lead the development of CMMS on power generation units.
- Provides analysis of maintenance activities and provide reports to management on a regular basis.
- Plan and ensure the availability of resources need for the implementation of the Plant Outage.
- Plan and execute Preventive and Predictive Maintenance in power plants.
- Directed that electricity generation activities in accordance with ISO 9000.
Finance & Accounting Supervisor
Qualification:
- Female
- Maximum 30 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.

- Possess at least Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university.
- At least 4 years working experience as external auditor in big four public accounting firm.
- Have experience in preparing or reviewing consolidated financial statements.
- Familiar with tax regulation in Indonesia.

- Proficient in written and oral in English
- Possess good computer skills.
Job Description:
- Verify all financial transaction, including the tax applied.
- Prepare and maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and other records detailing financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly stand alone and consolidated financial statements in an accurate and timely manner.
- Prepare cash flow projection and manage payment for operational activities.
- Assist with preparation of the annual budget and perform variance between actual versus budget.
- Assist in interim and annual audit process.
