Instrument Laboratory

Key job responsibilities will include :

• Maintenance Coal / AMD Preparation Equipment.
• Maintenance Coal / AMD  Analysis Equipment.
• Manage consumable Laboratory.
• Manage spare part Laboratory.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s):
  • Understanding on electrical equipment
  • Familiar with leco
  • Familiar with preparation coal equipment
  • Understanding calibration.
  • Creative and Inovative.
  • Commitment.
  • Hard worker, honesty and dicipline.
  • Excellent in Ms. Office.
  • Able to establish effective relationships with people of other culture.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Secretary

Key job responsibilities will include:

• Organize and maintain company’s diaries, including meetings and appointments
• Design and organize the office system of data filling and management
• Assist Board of Directors to handle company business matters (administrative)
• In charge of licensing, money transfers, legal documents
• Supervising daily activities of the company
• Screening and monitoring calls, emails and other types of communication in the company
• Perform evening and weekend duties as needed

Required skill(s): 

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Secretarial, or others.
• Women (Under 27 years age)
• Fluent in English
• Detail - oriented and pro-active
• Able to multitask and work under pressures and tight deadlines
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skillls
• Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues

Key job responsibilities will include :

• Excellent Negotiation with Distributors and Suppliers.
• Responsible for planning, developing and buying materials in a timely and cost effective way.
• Purchasing Administration.
• Ability to perfom underpressure situation.
• Purchase service according to procedure.
• Ensure the availability of periodic report on purchasing status.
• Ensure the implementation of various management tools employed by company within department.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Melak, Kutai Barat.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
