Specialist Inventory Control - Job No. 918978

An excellent opportunity for Specialist Inventory Control has arisen to join our Supply Chain Dept. team.

Job Description

• Residentially based in Balikpapan and reporting to Supervisor Inventory & Cost Control.
• You will assist to maintain inventory integrity (description, data duplication, quantity, amount, etc) data in our JDE.
• The scopes of your role will include but not limited to maintain and improve stock accuracy in all our warehouse through daily cycle count, monthly stock take, and six month spare part and job material stock take;
• maintain stock availability for stocked item by launching stock replenishment order for all our site warehouse to fulfil our customer's requirement;
• maintain and update all data for inventory parameter (ROP, min max), new set-up, and data maintenance in JDE;
• assist warehouse member to work on procedure application in inventory and warehouse;
• assist supply chain member to solve any issue in JDE related to inventory;
• support all site's requirement related to inventory issue; assist Supervisor in reporting.

Requirements

• To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum bachelor degree in Engineering / Management / Business Administrative with minimum 3 years in similar role.
• You should have Inventory Management, ERP knowledge, Analytical Skill, Communication Skill, Spread Sheet application;
• Attention to detail;
• Good in English both oral and written/good communication skill;
• Computer literacy;
• Hard worker, active personality, team work, willing to learn and good attitude.
