Senior Staff for Accounting Finance

Requirements
- minimum five years of experience
- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expense journal entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies. Key reconciliations include revenue, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
- Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
- Manages payroll process by checking subordinate data entry daily for errors, scrubbing submissions on payroll processing date, submitting scrubbed data set to Payroll Company.

Database administrator

Responsibilities:
- Administer user access and security, controlling access permission and privileges
- Review and maintain database capacity and performance requirements
- Optimize database efficiency
- Administer clustering, mirroring, replication and failover
- Diagnose, test and install upgrades and patches
- Administer Database, tables, views and stored procedures
- Database documentation, including database diagram, data standards, procedures and metadata
- Develop, test and manage back-up and recovery plans
- Administer and audit data storage, cloning, archiving, back-up and recovery procedures
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Mathematics, Science & Technology or equivalent.
- Main skill set :
- Experience as DBA for Oracle Database and Microsoft SQL Database
- Experience in RMAN backup recovery
- Experience in Database Cloning
- Experience in Linux and Microsoft Windows administration
- Experience with Linux command
- Experiences in SQL tuning, database performance tuning and administration
- PL/SQL Programming
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Professional certificate in Oracle DBA is advantages

Certification:
- Approval of the Control Account Authorization documents.
- Co-approval of the Make / Buy Plan for material used to perform the Control Account scope of work.
- Definition and agreement with the Project Manager on the cost account work scope, schedule and budget.
- Monitoring of all CA activities through the review of work packages.
- Identify potential technical, schedule and cost risks and enter them into the FCS Risk Management Process.
