Currently we are seeking qualified candidates for below positions :

 

QA/QC Engineer (QAQC)

Requirements

• Graduate degree Minimum B. Sc/B.E in Engineering OR Diploma in Science/Engineering
• For Graduate Degree Background, Minimum five (5) years OR for Diploma Background, minimum ten (10) years of experience in fabrication or construction or commissioning for offshore oil and gas facilities.
• At least two (2) similar projects with supervisory experience.

 

Construction Engineer (CE)

Requirements

• Graduate degree (S1) Minimum B. Sc/B.E in Engineering OR Diploma (D3) in Science/Engineering.
• For Graduate Degree Background, Minimum eight (8) years OR for Diploma Background, minimum eleven (11) years of experience in construction and fabrication of offshore oil and gas facilities.
• At least two (2) similar projects with supervisory experience

 

Project Engineer (PE)

Requirements

• Graduate degree (S1) Minimum B. Sc/B.E in Engineering OR Diploma (D3) in Science/Engineering.
• For Graduate Degree Background, Minimum eight (8) years OR for Diploma Background, minimum eleven (11) years of experience in construction and fabrication of offshore oil and gas facilities.
• At least two (2) similar projects with supervisory experience

 

Installation Engineer (IE)

Requirements

• Graduate degree (S1) Minimum B. Sc/B.E in Engineering OR Diploma (D3) in Science/Engineering.
• For Graduate Degree Background, minimum ten (10) years OR for Diploma Background, minimum thirteen (13) years of experience in commissioning works for offshore oil and gas facilities is required with supervisory experience.
• At least two (2) similar projects with supervisory experience.

 

Development / Exploration Geologist (GL)

Responsibilities

• Prepare routine internal and external reporting and study documentation for company, government and other stakeholders use.
• Propose annual Work Plan and Budget Geological activities, estimated costs.
• Conduct evaluation and validation of well data and other geological data to determine the reservoir characteristics and field potential
• Control the quality of the open hole logging surveys to assure that the survey quality above company standard
• Provide accurate and timely log interpretation of any well to obtain an appropriate reservoir appraisal finalize completion log and completion well report
• Provide input for information testing program to optimize the results of the test.
• Construct geological cross section and relevant maps to define the reservoir dimension and hydrocarbon distribution
• Acquire a variety of methods is estimating the original oil/gas - in place to obtain a reliable quantifiable hydrocarbon reserves model.
• Study the possibility of any additional hydrocarbon reserves, such as stratigraphic trapping etc, to maximize the field potential
• Bachelords or Masterds degree in geology or relevant earth
• Min 6 years related experience in oil and gas exploration and production
• Skills: Leadership, negotiation skills, communication and presentation skills, planning and organizational skills
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills

 

Geophysicist (GP)

Responsibilities

• Participate hands-on in project activity to gain familiarity with geologic and geophysical objectives as well as risks for company.
• Foster technical solutions, enhance project execution efficiency, ensure effective team participation.
• Perform quality control, monitoring, and interpretation of geophysical data.
• Update to Company on technical matters and help manage expectations.
• Support Field Engineers in recommending ways to acquire the best dataset.
• Bachelords or masterds degree in geophysics or related geoscience discipline.
• Minimum 6 years related experience in oil and gas exploration and production.
• A fair knowledge of latest seismic technology.
• Skills: Leadership, negotiation skills, communication and presentation skills, planning and organizational skills
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

 

Senior Drilling Engineer (SDE)

Responsibilities

• Conduct and control the job implementation related to Drilling Engineering activities in order to respect the HSE Policies/Procedures and Company referential.
• Perform and finalize project studies to successfully drill wells in Mahakam Delta area.
• Capture and share the drilling lessons for the swamp and offshore rigs activities in order to ensure readiness of junior engineers to drill GDCP.
• Control the quality, specification and availability of Offshore and Exploration contract and equipment to ensure compliances with requirement specifications.
• Support cost efficiency and effectiveness of unit operations to optimize operational expenses within service.
• Control DIP process properly to ensure the follow up by all users with "D-Practice" software.
• Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum with 10 years experience of well construction operations in different environment
• Good knowledge of drilling technology: Swamp and Offshore rigs, Directional drilling, LWD/MWD, Drilling bits, fluids and cement, coring and specific tools, completion, fully conversant with company softwares: Wellview, Advise.
• Has experience to hold managerial position minimum 5 years.

 

Drilling Superintendent (DS)

Responsibilities

• Plan and control the offshore rig operations in order to respect the HSE policies/procedures and Company referential.
• Lead and control the offshore rig operations to ensure that the wells are delivered as per programs.
• Review and evaluate the offshore rigs operations in order to improve the performance through a continual search for the improving equipment, services and operational procedures.
• Validate information and report for other entities and management to guarantee the output produced in good quality and in time.
• Plan and execute human resources management and development programs within service in order to reach optimum competency of each personnel required by the post and to motivate them to achieve organizationds objectives.
• Diploma degree in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Well control IWCF certification is compulsory (supervisor level and sub-sea combined) every two years.
• BOSIET training is compulsory with refresher every 4 years.
• Minimum with 12 years professional experience of well construction operations in different environment, preferably with 3 - 5 years experience at drilling supervisor level with international exposure.
• Extensive knowledge of offshore drilling/completion operations and previous RSES experience in SIMOPS operations.

 

Mechanical Engineer (ME)

Requirements

• Having more than 5 years experiences in project, especially in oil & gas or petrochemical industry
• Experience in project start-up
• Has experience in both static & rotating equipment

 

Senior Accountant (SA)

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
• Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
• Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.
• Other projects as assigned
• Bachelords or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong understanding of accounting theory
• 5+ years accounting/finance experience; CPA a plus, but not required
• Experience in the insurance industry preferred
• Highly detail oriented and organized in work, ability to meet assigned deadlines
• Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
