PT KALTIM PRIMA COAL (PT KPC)

KPC was established in 1982. Acording to Work Contract of Coal Mining Exploitation (PKP2B, Perjanjian Kontrak Karya Pengusahaan Pertambangan Batubara) signed on 8th April, 1982, the Government gave permission to the Company to undertake exploration, production, and marketing of coal from the area of agreement until 2021. The area of agreement covers an area of 90,938 ha in the Regency of Kutai Timur, Province of Kalimantan Timur.

Currently we are looking for:

 

MANAGER - INTERNAL AUDIT

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications (S1 degree) in business management / accounting, Master degree is preferred.
• At least 10 (ten) years internal audit experience. Ideally in a large scale corporate environment covering operational, risk, assurance audits as well as audit work at a recognized senior level and exposure to the oil, gas or mining industries.
• Managerial and supervisory experience.
• Project management skills.
• Attention to detail together with analytical and problem solving skills.
• Hold professional/ expertise certification from recognized professional institution (such as Certified Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditor).

 

SUPERINTENDENT - INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in (Law, Social Science, Psychology or Mass Communication) with 7 - 9 years working experience in industrial relation.
• Strong knowledge of Manpower Regulations of Indonesia.
• Capability to do negotiation in conflict and pressure situation.
• Maintain good relation with officials from the Department of Manpower, Disnaker, Industrial Relation Court and all Unions in KPC as well as with KPC employees.

 

SENIOR SPECIALIST - CONTRACT

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining or Engineering.
• Experiences 5 years in Mining or Engineering or Supply Chain with minimum 1-year experience in Contract.
• Skills in composing and review of contractual documents.
• Negation skills in dealing with contractual matters, claims and meetings.

 

SENIOR SPECIALIST - PURCHASING

Requirements

• University/ college degree with 5 years experiences in the areas of purchasing, inventory control, warehouse and logistic.
• Having knowledge of purchasing, custom, logistic warehousing principles and market places.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Good planner, good people skills and organizing skills.
• Able to work under pressure and possess creative thinking.
• Possess qualification in Supply Chain areas from reputable organization such as Charter.
• Institute of Purchasing and Supply or other international organization will be an advantage.

 

SENIOR ENGINEER - PROJECT MECHANICAL

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
• More than 5 years plus of relevant industry/ management experiences.
• Extensive experience and proven skills in Mechanical Engineering/ Construction s. Having experience in Mechanical Projects at mining industry will be an advantageous.
• Having experience on Project Management i.e. cost-time-quality management as well as skilled on project scheduling and budgeting control.
• Ability to work with a diverse team of professionals and equipment operators.
• Analytical, problem solving skills together with aptitude to solve technical difficulties.

 

PROJECT ENGINEER - ELECTRICAL (POWER)

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years in electrical engineering of relevant mining / industry experiences.
• Have an understanding of how to manage projects, including engineering , procurement and construction of fixed plant's electrical and control systems.

 

SPECIALIST - GENERAL TRAINING

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Education or other related fields with a minimum of 3 years relevant in training and/ or human resource development.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills to conduct Leadership and Management Training programs.
• Knowledge of principles and current approaches to General Training and adult education techniques.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent relationship management, time management, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.

 

SPECIALIST - COMPUTER OPERATION - DATA CENTER

Requirements

• Have good knowledge of UNIX and Windows server operating systems.
• Have a degree in Computing or other relevant subjects, and/or holding a relevant certificate(s) form Microsoft or recognized organization in computing services.
• Have experience and proven skills in administering UNIX (Linux & HPUX) and Windows servers (Minimum 3 years) with board knowledge in the field of computing.

 

SPECIALIST - APPLICATION SYSTEM (ERP)

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification (S1) in Information Technology, Commerce or others with 6 years' experience in commercial computing environments encompassing integrated systems, PC knowledge, programming and business analysis.
• Possess extensive experience and proven skills in IT management, preferably in the mining or oil and gas industry.
• Knowledge of Ellipse or similar systems would be a distinct advantage.
• It is desirable that the applicant possess a sound functional knowledge of the relevant Mincom Ellipse ERP modules (Finance Accounting, Operation Maintenance or Material Management).

 

ENGINEER - MINING

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
• Having 2 years' experience in Mine technical engineering position with practical production experience an advantage.
• Excellent skills in computing and data analysis programmers.
• Having experience in using MINEX software.

 

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Good communication in both written and spoken English
2. Good interpersonal and organizational skills
3. Highly self-motivated and strong analytical skills.
4. Computer literate (MS Office)
5. Creative, self-starter, team player and having self-integrity
