Power Plant (Project) Manager

Indonesia - Kalimantan Timur - Melak, Kutai Barat

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical/electrical) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Others or equivalent.
• Experience in Operation & Maintenance HSD power plant system     
• Full-Time and Contract position available.

Responsibilities:

• Managing operation & maintenance power plant to reach targets and goals which have been stated in contract
• Ensure all operation activities in power plant system are performed in compliance with Standart Operating Procedures
• Perform the emergency activities based on the emergency standart operating procedures
• Develop strong team spirit and manage the site organization working properly
• Manage project cost to achieve efective and efficient
• Follow internal processes and procedures to achieve the operational requirements and monitor their implementation
• Ensure the establishment of IMS Certification ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007
• Establish and ensure compliance with a Permit-to-work system in the O&M organization
