Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct soft skill interviews for the position -level summary Supervisor, Coordinator, Officer, Non Staff (HO), Green Carriers & Mech Trainee, and Internship in all work areas.
  • Perform a job offer for the position of Coordinator level , Officer in all work areas and Non Staff ( HO ) 
  • Conduct recruitment in accordance with MPP.
  • Conduct recruitment in accordance with the current standard procedures
  • Communicate and collaborate with the University in all of Indonesia to support the manpower fulfillment
  • Communicating and cooperating with local high school in Indonesia to support the fulfillment of Mechanic Trainee and Operator Trainee
  • Preparing Work Agreement for trainee, GDP, and Internship hire.
  • Providing candidates shortlists and submit for review by the user department 
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for interview
  • Facilitate the process of new employees on-boarding.
  • Facilitate every staff mutations in both project and at the Head Office. 
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology / Law / HR Management 
  • Required skill(s): recruitment and placement, presentation, communication skill, interview and selection, Human Resorces.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cilandak-Jakarta Selatan.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

 

Developer Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical studies before determining the suitable equipment procurement strategy for the operational needs of the SBU in achieving production targets.
  • Generate a written report to the superior in a standard format which will continually be reviewed for improvement.
  • Calculate the cost of maintenance tools that is suitable to the target production and application.
  • Determine and analyze the most effectively and efficiently ongoing maintenance strategy tools
  • Treatment strategy to distribute the relevant departments for implementation.
  • Conduct analysis calculation between actual maintenance costs with budget periodically and total lifetime of the tool in order to obtain the basic causative factor in case of deviation.
  • Creating disposal analysis tools to determine the most effective and efficient disposal strategy
  • Provide input to the relevant departments related to engineering design to increase productivity.
  • Conduct a review of procedures, standards, and work instructions related to strategy selection and maintenance.
  • Consider all Health and Environment aspects related to maintenance to neutralize potential work accidents.
Qualification:
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and technical drawings tools.
  • Know and understand the ownership and maintenance manual issued by the dealer tool.
  • Able to operate computer applications related to ERP, CMMS, application parts catalogs and maintenance manuals, databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.
  • Having the ability to communicate, monitor the progress of the work, and team work.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Based in Balikpapan
