FINANCE STAFF

(Jakarta)

Responsibilities

• Prepare cheque, giro transfers to perform as well as proof of payment to the supplier and ensure the completeness of the required supporting data
• Deals with bank related to the transaction
• Make payments and check it out after the approved
• Check out the interrelations between budgeting and realization of all transactions.
• Recap costs to be paid
• Analyze budget report received from the site.
• Reconciling Bank
• Monitor payment leasing

Requirements

• 23 - 26 years old
• 1- 3 years experiences in the same position
• Bachelor degree (S1) from Accounting/finance
• Good health and able to work under pressure with good result
• Experience in handling Bank transaction and understand foreign exchange rate is preferred
• Preferred able to operate "accurate program"
• Willing to be placed in "Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan"
• Good knowledge in Finance and Accounting
• Honest, attention to detail, good communication skill
