We are the biggest Mining Services Company in Indonesia which produces an essential ingredient for explosive materials and provides explosive services to various mining companies. Now, to improving our production capacity in providing high quality products and services, we are looking for a highly motivated and competent individual, with a good track record to fill the following position:
Reliability General Manager
Responsibilities :
- Develop and encourage the execution of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) that combines elements of Preventive Maintenance with Total Quality Control and Total Employee Involvement to create a reliability culture in order to optimize equipment performance/capability and reliability.
- Motivate and support the performance of maintenance and PPIC work units in order to ensure fewer (and shorter) breakdown, fewer equipment/machine malfunctions, earlier detection of equipment problems driving down repair costs, and no rework.
- Identify the newest technology equipments, spare parts, and process upgrades in order to prioritize equipment and/or spare part change for maintenance budget compliance.
- Review critical spare part and material inventory in order to ensure reliable items including high-quality bagging are available when needed.
- Review the execution of Total Productive (preventive and predictive) Maintenance programs which rely on the recording of historical failure data in equipment History Card; suspected root causes of failure and summary of corrective actions taken; material used for repair in order to analyze and take preventive actions to ensure fewer breakdown and lower repair costs
- Monitor and perform the implementation of EHS regulation within his/her area of responsibility in order to minimize any possible risk and comply with company and government regulation.
Requirement :
- Male with minimum S-1 in Mechanical Engineer from reputable university is preferable. Master degree is prefered.
- Having minimum 5 years experience in the same position, chemical manufacturing experience is more preferable.
- Age 38 to 45 years old.
- Proven Leadership with more than 150 subordinates.
- Should be able to lead, guide and coordinate departments in the manufacturing area such as Quality Control & Maintenance, and ensure a smooth functioning of the business
- Have a good knowledge in terms of troubleshooting for rotating machine, pump, boiler, PLC, steamboiler, etc.
- Have a good knowledge about chemical product quality control.
- Normal & healthy physical performance, no colour vision disable.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Knowledge of ISO systems 9001:2008, ISO 14001, ISO 18001 or Quality systems is a must.
- Strong commitment to safety.
- Good command in written and oral English is a must.
- Computer literate/Microsoft Office.
- Willing to be place at Cikampek – Jawa Barat.
Risk Management Analyst
Responsibilities
- Identify specific areas of risk and potential risk related to on going operation projects or future projects and thoroughly research them
- Actively provide information to all related departments about potential risk condition in projects or company.
- Analyze world & local economic condition especially ini mining area and give recommendation for management decision
- Day to day reporting to Strategic Planning Manager for all kinds of specific financial reports
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economics, Accounting, Financial Management from reputable university.
- Age 21 to 25 years old
- Fresh graduate from reputable university with minimum IPK>=3.00 or candidate with 2 years experienced.
- Smart & Expert in using Microsoft excel spreadsheet also Microsoft office
- Self-motivated, results oriented and having ability to work under pressure
- Having Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in written and oral English
- Willing to be place at Jakarta
Legal Counsel
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and analyze the legal aspects of the business documents, such as employment contracts, business agreement, etc. Ensure all documents refer to the latest applicable legal requirements and ensure the whole "term & condition" defined in the contract / agreement has been protected by the law and not detrimental to the company.
- Creating draft agreement / contract and addendum using company 'templates' that have been defined, and submit to the management in a timely manner for review and finalization, so that process & execution the agreement / contract run smoothly in a right time.
- Communicate and make a good coordination with other department in the company to ensure all aspect in legal fulfilled with their expectation and legally acceptable.
Requirements :
- Minimum S-1 in business law or related majors from reputable university
- Age 25 to 30 years old
- Having minimum 3 years experience in similar position
- Candidate from law office or who have experiences in mining company is preferred
- Have a business understanding in law
- Have a good understanding & analitycal thinking of agreement, contract, etc to avoid discrepancy and disadvantage to company.
- Strong character and ability to give recommendation to company.
- Personnally driven and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Self-motivated, results oriented and having ability to work under pressure
- Having excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command in written and oral English.
- Willing to be place at Jakarta.
