Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Verifies transactions to journal, ledger and other accounting records.
• Review monthly reconciliation.
• Prepares month-end general ledger closing journal entries and review supporting sub ledgers.
• Prepare monthly financial statement reporting and drafts internal financial reports.
• Prepares statements, invoices and vouchers. Ensure all payments to supplier and employee are performed accurately and timely according to the schedules.
• Review monthly tax payable and payment, reporting to the tax office are made accurately and on timely.
• Prepare Standard Operating Procedures.
• Support special projects

Requirement : 

• Maximum age 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with GPA of no less than 2.8 (out of 4).
• Minimum 3 years (s) of working experience are required.
• Able to work with a minimum of supervision while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating with other employees within the organization.
• Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details.
• Ability to work well under pressure and within short deadlines
