HR Officer
Responsibilities
- Handling HR administration (like absence, medical, jamsostek, payroll)
- Maintain Performance Appraisal for all employees
- Reporting and monitoring employee count monthly basis
Requirements :
- D3/S1 in Management / Business Administration.
- Have working experience min. 3 years in HR.
- The ability to work well in a team, good organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Will be placed in Samarinda.
