Permata's primary activity is to acquire, explore and develop coal mines in Indonesia aside from its trading activity. The Group produces coal from its own mines in. purchases coal from third parties and sells coal to emerging markets in Asia including China. India. South East Asia. Japan and Korea. The Group is currently one of the largest private producers in Sumatra and is an emerging producer in Kalimantan.

License & Compliance

Responsibilities

• Handling permit and license arrangement (related to ESDM, Forestry, etc)
• Handling litigation
• Creating reports related to forestry
• Having good knowledge in permit and license 
• Strong communication skill
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry, Law or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• Willing to be assigned at all over site
• Jakarta based
• Full-Time position(s) available.
