Requirements:

• Mahasiswa semester akhir jurusan accounting atau IT
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal skill yang baik

• Dapat bekerja dalam tim maupun individu
• Bersedia di tempatkan di Kalimantan Selatan selama program magang

Compensation Benefit Specialist

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• To design and develop effective C&B systems in line with company needs.
• To perform C&B benchmarking on regular basis.
• Analyze C&B policies, benchmarking reports, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive C&B plan
• To review current C&B systems/ structures and provide recommendation for improvements/ changes.
• To perform CTC (Cost to Company) and cost impact analysis.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from any discipline
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience as Compensation and Benefit Specialist
• Possess strong and proven analytical skills and conceptual skills.
• High detail orientation and well conversant with numbers.
• Have extensive knowledge and experience in C&B design.
• Ability in advanced MS Office Excel
