Night Drilling Supervisor - Indonesian

The successful candidate will act as the Company's representative onboard Drilling Rigs and be accountable for all operations on the rig. The rig supervisor ensures that all activities are carried out efficiently with due consideration to both the safety of personnel and the environment and works toward an incident free Company

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

• Minimum of ten years offshore experience.
• Deepwater operational experience will be an asset.
• Good technical and operational understanding of drilling and/or completions.
• Practical contractor experience is a plus for Drilling Supervisors.
• Ability to work independently with a small measure of supervision.
• Strong safety management, people, analytical and technical skills.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering will be an asset.
• Must be a team player.
• High quality standards and a sense of urgency will be extremely beneficial.

Day Drilling Supervisor - Expatriate

Details

Looking for experienced Drilling Supervisor (ASAP) with Deepwater or Ultra Deep Water Experience.

The responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to the following:

• Co-ordinate & Monitor site Operations carried out by the drilling rig using all other services in accordance with the company provided plans/programs
• Participation in development of program for cost effective drilling systems
• Co-ordination & control of company hired Contractor's equipment, Personnel and services for efficient drilling operations
• Monitor work in adherence with quality control, safety and environmental guidelines
• Plan, Indent and mobilize material, equipment and services required for scheduled drilling program
• Ensure that all the Personnel operate in efficient and professional manner and study their operational reports as per the standards established by the company
• Co-ordinate with management on daily progress and ensure the compliance with scheduled deadlines.
• Interfacing with the supply bases and the Helibase
• Day to day liaison with Senior Drilling Engineers and Drilling Superintendents.
