Finance and Accounting Supervisor ( FA SPV )

Requirements

• S1 Degree in Accounting
• Having min 4 years experience in handling Finance & Accounting Spv
• Familiar with Accounting Software
• Having knowledge on budget and cost control in accordance with approved design mine plan, review & report cost against budget, mining cost accounting
• Having good knowledge with Tax Regulation
• Handle consolidation and all financial reporting
• Doing compilation, Budget control and preparation
• Special Accountants
• Checks and controls of supporting data financial transaction

Structure Engineer ( STE )

Requirements

• S1/S2 Degree in Civil Engineer ( Structure )
• Minimum 3 years experience in Minning Company
• Good command in English
• Familiar with SAP 2000 and STAAD
• Perform structural design and analysis calculations using governing codes and standards, engineering formulas, skills, and experience    
• Layout and details portions of projects using schematic layout by project lead engineer 
• Provide drawing for own designs and produce sketches to incorporate in drawings by Designers/Drafters
• Research design options and document findings for project lead engineer
• Placement in Jakarta and Site ( Kalimantan )

Organizational Development Specialist ( OD Spc )

Requirements

• Male, S1 Degree in Psychology or Management
• Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in HR field especialy in Organization Development Area
• Knowledge in Job analysis and Job evaluation
• Knowledge in Competency and Assesement area
• Good analytical skill
• Review and update employee rules and regulations
• Maintain the human resource information system and employee database
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions
