Sales & Marketing Manager

Requirements

• Age maximum 40 years old
• Graduate from reputable university, majoring in Mechanical engineering, Marketing or Business, minimum S1
• Minimum 8 years experiences in Sales & Marketing field, having engineering and technical knowledge is preferable
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), with  good oral & written  skills
• Self motivated, initiative, hard worker and target oriented
• Having good connections in industrial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Good leadership
• To formulate sales / marketing plans and to execute sales / marketing activities
• To establish and maintain a portfolio of customers / accounts
• To prepare sales proposal and to conduct sales presentation to customers

Manager Diesel

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering  / Technical ( S1/ D3)
• Age between 35 – 40  years old
• Having  strong leadership
• Experience min.7  years in similar position
• Supervisory and hands-on work required for onboard and plant.
• Candidate must have strong experience in full disassembly / reassembly, overhaul works required for main and auxiliary engines manufactured by MAN-B&W, Wartsila, Mitsubishi, Yanmar, Oyama, Sulzer  etc.
• Understand  Management  Power Plant ( Independence Product Power/ IPP)
• Able to work independently and willingness to travel and work on site
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) will be advantage
• Computer literature
• Good report writing
• Excellent health condition
• Troubleshooting and repair of operational problems including fuel systems, turbochargers, starting air, vibration, etc.
• Crankshaft inspection and evaluation skills required, including measurement, condition and alignment

Service Engineers

Requirements

• Minimum D3  Degree in Mechanical Engineering  / Technical (experience min. 5 years)
• Age maximum 37   years old
• Hands-on work required for onboard and plant.
• Candidate must have strong experience in full disassembly / reassembly, overhaul works required for main and auxiliary engines manufactured by MAN-B&W, Wartsila, Mitsubishi, etc
• Able to work independently and willingness to travel and work on site
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) will be advantage
• Having  strong leadership
• Computer literature
• Good report writing
• Excellent health condition

• Having  good marketing sense
• Having good negotiation skill
• Willing to travel
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Electrician

Requirements

• Educational background Polytechnic of Electrical
• Minimum age 35 years old 
• Experience minimum 5  years in similar position
• Able to work independently and willingness to travel and work on site
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) will be advantage 
• Computer literature & good writing report
• Having  strong leadership  
• Excellent health condition
• Hands-on work required for onboard and power plant & understand PLC (will be advantage)
• Familiar with  power source system at power plant or generator Set
• Understand safety device  for generator & engine protection
• Understand pneumatic & maneuver system
