Hr Assistant
Technical Requirements:
- Should have minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as Human Resources
- Possess management function and interpersonal skills
- Performs formalities, understand tender documents and business support Balikpapan office
- Act as General Relationship with Government Institution & General Affair
- Report & work closely with Balikpapan Coordinator, PM, PE to Support Office Function
- Know-how Manpower regulation, industrial relations
- Team Work and good attitude is a must
- Age maximum 35 years
General Requirements:
- S1 in Law or equivalent
- Should possess good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English
- Computer literate with good operating knowledge of Microsoft Office, Exel
