Branch Manager

Papua - Timika

Responsibilities:

• Manage PT Atlas Copco Nusantara's contractual agreement with Client and Contractors.
• Keep abreast of all changes to procedures or agreements/contracts & report this to management.
• To build and maintain the confidence of Freeport Management in Atlas Copco Nusantara's product.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and standard of delivery of goods and services to customers and ensure customer satisfaction is optimized at all times.
• Manage & Maintain all the internal process and activities to ensure effectiveness & efficiency of the site operation.
• Negotiate renewals to all agreements/contracts in a timely manner.
• Create and source new prospects
• Report on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as required by Atlas Copco Nusantara
• Maintain a close working relationship with all key clients personnel and contractors. Thru daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly meeting and might be related with technical and or non-technical matters.
• Ensure that all technical bulletins/safety updates from AC Group are forwarded to Freeport and action taken.
• Monitor and Manage Atlas Copco inventory.
• Have knowledge of competitors activities and pass on to other company personnel.
• Liaise with major clients and prospects and negotiate sales/ additional sales for maximum profit/benefit to the companies
• Communicate with Government Institution related of contractors and Freeport Management.
• Responsible with aspects of staffing, performance evaluation under his responsibility.
• Responsible to develop and maintain harmonious working environment among Employees, Union and Management.
• Monitoring the implementation and comply with Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Atlas Copco Nusantara's policy.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Relevant education combined with practical experience.
• Min 3 years experiences in Managerial level
• Able to speak English
• Excellent computer skills, able to operate Microsoft Office Applications.
• Have a good presentation skill
• Skill set in communication, interpersonal and Management skill.
• Might a mix between practical and administrative tasks
• Excellent leadership and Interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude to the achievement of business objectives.
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills, including root cause analysis.
• Target driven and have a high degree of responsibility and always "go the extra mile" to satisfy our customers
